Her voice is so soothing and I always come out so relaxed. Whenever I get a chance to go to the lunch classes with Danielle I also come - great way to re-energize me so I'm not lagging at work in the afternoon. Better than coffee! The space is beautifully decorated and so conducive to meditation. Warmer than most studios, but I actually prefer that. Always clean, with wonderful free organic tea in the front. I love all of the different classes and time options, which make it very easy to work yoga into my schedule. Whatever kind of yoga you are feeling up to each day-- there's a class for that! I also like that there are both hot yoga and non-hot yoga classes, so I can mix it up depending what I'm feeling that day. The BE's raving reputation is well known in the community, and when you visit BE you'll know exactly why. And I have to give a special shout-out.
