I have left a review awhile back via google or their feedback intake and the owners were amazing at reaching out to me to acknowledge my feedback and thanked me for it. I look forward to eventually starting back up with taking classes here as I'm settled with moving. I love that you can also pay for one class, especially if you're a beginner or have a chaotic schedule and cannot commit to paying for a set # of classes. They offer packages/passports for those who are more set in their routines and are frequent patrons. Ranging from early morning classes or evening classes after you get off from work.

I am happy to say…read morethat my opinions of the studio have only improved because my experiences this past month solidified the positive first impression I had on the day I walked in after seeing a sign posted outside. I have taken a range of the beginner classes, including gentle yoga, intro to yoga, yoga basics, and the amazing restorative classes, which are offered several times a week. I could write pages about how much I love this place, but I will try to keep this brief. First of all, the studio is a warm, cozy, inviting environment, and I always immediately become more relaxed by just walking in. The front area has tons of yogi apparel and accessories for sale, and I love the convenience of that. Both of the practice rooms are tastefully, yet simply decorated and the dimmed lights and candles give the rooms a vibe or relaxation and quiet focus. I have taken classes with Melissa and Tricia and I hope to get around to taking classes with the other talented instructors at the studio. The real star, however, is Debbie. As the Brian mentioned, Debbie is one of the warmest, most friendly, genuine people I have met and she welcomed me with such kindness to the area and to the studio on the day that I happened to walk in. She truly cares about each and every person who walks into the studio and she takes her time to make sure you are properly aligned and doing each move correctly when you take her classes. She makes you feel comfortable with trying new things, but she is respectful of personal limitations and varying levels of expertise within any given class. I always leave Lifesource with a renewed sense of calm and relaxation and I am excited to make this place a part of my life here in Akron. I will certainly be extending my membership.

Excellent studio, though the soft-ish flooring is kind of odd. Also have never been in a studio…read morewhere it seemed acceptable for people to come in a few minutes late for a session. But they have great instructors, ample props including very nice bolsters, a clean restroom big enough to change in, and ample parking too. Definitely will be back -- not taking points off for the floor since that's a very personal viewpoint, and not taking points off for the staff letting people come in late since it's a little annoying but not worth complaining too loudly about (forgive yourself and others, right?). (Also would be good for them to have an electronic sign-in process when arriving, but again, these are all very minor complaints and I will absolutely return here. Stacy in particular was an excellent instructor. My only other suggestion would be for them to incorporate more pranayama and mindfulness meditation (for example, I like when instructors advise setting an intention at the beginning of the session, or positive affirmations, or speaking about the value of letting go... all would make nice additions to their classes, unless you prefer more functional and less spiritual/thoughtful yoga practice).

I've been so pleased and surprised at how much I've experienced at her sessions. I love it! I'd recommend it for anyone looking to work on their self-healing and to achieve a more focused center. In this day and age, we need all that we can get, in that respect. I look forward to the day where I can utilize what she offers in the way of instruction in Reiki. I'm fascinated. She makes the meditation easy and especially, for anyone a little timid or shy about going, it is a breeze with Jennifer. Again, I recommend Zen Path Healing Arts for anyone.

The facilities are clean, aesthetically pleasing, the staff is friendly and helpful and they offer several services, classes and even have a little cafe with some yummy snacks and drinks. There is also a Skincare/Lash/Brow aesthetic salon inside, and from what I could tell I think they even had some child care. There was a very nice gym downstairs as well, that is used for small group training as well as regular membership I believe.

I wasn't expecting to like yoga this much. I've taken yoga classes before at various rec centers,…read morebut this is different. This is a real workout. I love the Strong-Basics classes. The instructors do a great job talking you through the poses, which is helpful if you don't know what you're doing. YogaStrong also offers beginner classes which help explain what's going on in the Strong classes so you can do the poses correctly. The Strong yoga is a great workout because it consists of a mix of planks, lunges, yoga poses, and stretching. The heated studio is amazing too! I love sweating off the calories and I look forward to going into the studio on cold days. What I like about YogaStrong is the huge variety which ensures that the classes are never boring. Not only are there a variety of classes offered (Strong, Strong-Basics, Yin, Slow Flow Meditation, Beginner, etc...), the classes themselves are varied due to different instructor styles. I've taken the Strong-Basics classes several times and each instructor runs it differently. The other great thing is the availability of classes. Classes start at 5:30 AM and run until 9:15 PM so you can always find SOMETHING. In the last three weeks of attending, I've lost a few pounds and gained strength and flexibility. This studio is a bit pricey, but they give discounts for veterans and students. I'm taking college classes, so that's nice. I bought the monthly-student-unlimited plan (you have to show a bill or course schedule as proof. They don't look at student ID cards). If I attend at least 6 times per month, it's worth it financially. I've been attending 4 to 5 times per week! So basically my classes are turning out to be around 4 bucks a class. If you buy the monthly plan, really take advantage of it to make it worth the money. This is a lifestyle change for me. Really. I wasn't expecting to love Yoga, but now that I'm doing it the RIGHT way and the REAL way, I'm in love. I'm excited about the future. I can't wait to see where my strength and flexibility will be at this time next year! I have rheumatoid arthritis, so to have discovered a way to feel strong and in more control of my body has been emotionally uplifting and empowering. I'm more positive about my disease and what the future holds for my body. I CAN DO THIS. Thank you Yoga Strong!!!

With bright colors, pretty lighting fixtures and small, endearing decorative details, I feel better just entering the studio. I love a studio with personality. I attended an Easy Does It class with Jil Maggio and had a great experience. As someone with physical limitations, Jil made me very comfortable. She was extremely attentive to offering me alternatives without isolating me. Her class was motivating, inclusive and exactly what I needed. Jil is so smart, kind and in-tune with the needs of her students to make a yoga practice authentic to everyone. Also, I thought it was such a nice touch to enter the room and have yoga props set-up already per every space. This is such a nice touch, especially when you are new and don't know what to take or expect. My only dislike: WHY NORTHFIELD!!! This is so far for me. But I will make the drive back here as I can! They also offer incredible workshops and I hope I can make an upcoming Self-Defense event being offered.

Super friendly no judgement or pressure studio where the everyone remembers you and is just happy to see you. They have class times that fit any schedule. They've been around a long time, which means a lot nowadays. I've been to many yoga studios in different states and this is one of my all time favorites.

If you're not much of a climber they even have a small cafe area with beer, snacks and other refreshments. All around great place to bring some friends and very fairly priced!
