I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time!! I couldn't wait to go back!! I also got a ionic foot detox from Chaz. I couldn't believe how I felt after I was finished. She is not welcoming at all and doesn't even show you around in regards to different modalities, etc. When asking her about some things she just blows you off. When calling you can't even hear what is being said on the machine. Did the float pod initially with my dtr. and a massage with Jimmie and Kolibri (who are BOTH absolutely FANTASTIC). They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility. Later learned that they were the ones who originally built Mystic Float. Too bad they sold it. I will still go there to see them both for massages, but will not use any of the other modalities there. Went twice to the salt cave and spoke to Julie about the halotherapy that appeared to not be working properly. Told me that she cleaned it, but it still was not putting out any mist. Waste of money and the music in the salt cave was way too loud. I will return to 'Inner Whispers' on Hills and Dales for the halotherapy (which is GREAT and you can actually feel the mist. And plus they have other modalities there and the energy throughout the place is INCREDIBLE). If they had a different person running Mystic Float their business might pick up, but unfortunately Julie does not have the right energy, temperament, or attitude for a wellness center. No one should have to walk thru the doors of this type of business and feel like they're an inconvenience or not welcome.

They were making some of the fruit bowls on my way out and wow did they look so fresh and amazing! So glad I found this spot. I went for one of the seasonal options - the lavender coconut cold brew shaker - and asked for a little added honey. It was delicious. It had a nice floral flavor and I could tell the honey was quality. I will be back for sure to hang out and try more drinks and food...I'd love to do a yoga class there too. This is a self serve stand located inside a super cute barn space. It's on the honor system so you just pick out what you would like and write up a receipt for your total. Accepts cash and mobile payments. I bought some veggies, loose leaf tea, done frozen meats and some blueberry lavender jelly that is delicious!! The area is beautiful, and it was easy to find. I didn't meet anyone during my visit but the farm is so pretty. I hope to go back, and you should definitely visit too!
