She was easily able to adapt to some physical limitations I have around a shoulder surgery. I found prices very reasonable and class times convenient to my schedule. The yoga classes are terrific, there is even live music on the Sunday morning class occaisionally, but, really, I'm sure not that many yelpers out there have heard of NIA, but this studio has got to be one of the best NIA studios with the best NIA classes in the country, and many teachers around the Boston area TAKE CLASSES here, where have you ever heard of that? If you have any excuse to hang out on Route 2, like on your way to apple picking or Concord touristy sites, start your weekend morning w/ a NIA class here, and you will be happy happy the rest of the day!
