My husband and I purchased the new student trial membership at the Cedarburg location in April 2026. You can choose what day to start the trial membership. Within the first week, we were greeted by name when we walked in. We sampled a variety of classes with different instructors, in both the regular studio and the hot studio. We focused on the beginner level and hot stretch classes. The offerings are diverse and impressive. Every instructor is excellent. Modifications are always provided for those that need them. We got our money's worth out of the one-month trial, attending 3-5 times per week. After our trial period, we decided to purchase the 8 sessions per month membership, due to our busy summer schedule. The memberships are month-to-month (no contract) and can be changed or cancelled at any time, so this flexibility is welcomed. I can definitely see us moving to an unlimited membership during the winter months when our calendar slows down. Since making a concerted effort to add yoga to our fitness regimen, we have noticed significant improvement in flexibility and mobility for our recreational activities that include softball and golf. We highly recommend this studio for all levels of ability. read more

I struggle with how to rate them. First let me say that the yoga instruction is (5) excellent. I highly recommend them. I personally wish they would add iyengar, but the teachers vary in style and emphasis and you should find some you like. Hopefully they add a few afternoon classes as well-class sizes are getting a bit crowded, but to this point still manageable. My issues are as follows: 1 ) when purchasing 20 classes, they expire in one year. Why???? I sprained an ankle several years in a row and I lost my money. To me this is like buying a gift card, it should not expire! Or give us two years. 2) I am a full time student and purchased a 20 pack at reduced rate. As I was using them the gentleman at the desk asked why I had this particular package because that is for young people (his tone was quite accusatory ). Yes I'm old, lol. BUT I bought in their office, they knew my age and I proved my status. Rename the discount, enforce policy with your staff - both ok. But don't make me feel like I cheated by taking advantage of discounts I qualified for. read more

Meg is an awesome instructor - same with all the rest yet she will work you while getting nice and centered. They offer many different classes from beginner to advances in various types of yoga. When you walk in there is a nice, relaxing sitting area to wait for classes. There is a small shop off to the side to get any yoga props or accessories. They have have two studios in there. One has large ceilings and the other is smaller and warm. Highly recommend checking out this great yoga studio to get your zen on especially during the holiday season. read more

I was lucky enough to share my first experience at Yoga One Fox Point this weekend with my mom. I live in Chicago and, as my practice is near and dear to me, my mom wanted to understand what it was all about. I knew that if I was going to convert her to a lifelong yogini, her first time had to be perfect. So, for Easter I bought her a wonderful new mat and I finally found a free Saturday that I could drive up and practice with her. I have to admit I was a little nervous going blindly into a studio, however, I was so pleased! We took Saturday's Yoga Basics with Kelly (who I believe was a substitute) and it was just great. After 8 years of yoga, there were still learnings I could take away from the class and my mom's first experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I've practiced at YogaOne for a couple of years now, starting in their Cedarburg location. When the Fox Point studio opened, it was like a little gift specifically for me. Whenever I finish a class here I simply look forward to my next one as it works out all the things I need -- physically and mentally. I've taken classes with maybe half the instructors and have found each to be excellent and creative, no two are alike. Meg, Corina, Nancy and Virginia are my favorites. I appreciate a bit of challenge in my practice and always find that, combined with a focus on proper alignment and working at your own pace and level. And finally -- the variety of class offerings suits my random schedule. Love this place. read more

No matter your size or flexibility--- yoga one is very inviting and they are making a yoga lover out of me! I've taken a few of the beginner classes into L1 and L2 and I really feel Kimberly has been the best of the instructors so far at explaining poses and really working your whole body and building up through the session. You feel like you could do cartwheels by the end of the hour and fifteen minutes! OK, not cartwheels. read more

Beware! This Yoga Teacher Training is dependent upon who you know and bribery. The director Meg Galarza, gave a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate to a yoga teacher that never attended the program! As of 2016 the yoga teacher that attended a certificate program back in 2008 was given a back dated certificate of completion from 2011. Call Yoga Alliance and verify. This is not fair to students that actually paid the full tuition and attended the full program! Nothing yogic about this! read more
