I also got their chocolate dipped cone to eat afterwards. I got an order to go and was happy eating my freshly made cheese curds while charging my car at the nearvy TESLA chargers. Quick comf food plus a refreshing treat. The service was good and efficient, especially considering how busy it can get with travelers passing through. However, if staff are already in the building answering the phone, taking an order a few minutes early for pickup after opening seems like a simple way to provide good customer service and retain loyal customers. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. In today's economy, customer service and repeat business matter.
