When it came time to list our house, the listing and photography were done very well. Our biggest challenge was that the market simply wasn't producing many showings. I'm pretty proactive, so I decided I wanted to get aggressive with the price rather than sit around waiting. Jack was completely supportive of that strategy and, more importantly, was willing to be flexible and work with us to make sure we retained as much of our equity as possible. That's ultimately where I really appreciated Jack's style. He didn't fight us for control of the process or try to convince us that he knew better just because he was the agent. He listened to what we wanted, gave us room to make decisions, and supported us when we wanted to move aggressively. Looking back, what initially felt a little hands-off actually had some significant advantages. Jack wasn't pushy, didn't make the process about himself, and was willing to adapt to how we wanted to sell our home.
