We had such a great experience working with Kim Mock. We weren't sure we needed/wanted to work with a realtor at first, but once we started seeing houses with Kim we were so glad we did. While we were thinking about things like paint color and the neighborhood, Kim was checking outlets, examining roofs, and pretty much crawling around in crawlspaces. Her attention to the little details allowed us to worry about the things that were important to us. Kim was an absolute asset when we got closer to pulling the trigger on our home. She took care of the confusing process of hiring inspectors, surveyors, and whatnot. She also walked us through the actual purchase step by step, which was super important because even though I'm a lawyer I understood .001% of what the paperwork was about. I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents, who recently worked with Catherine Manipon as their real estate agent. While they've chosen not to speak up, I feel it's important to share our experience so that others can make more informed decisions. To start, yes -- Cathy did handle the showings. However, communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. It took almost a month for her to list the home, despite our family helping to clear things out promptly. My parents' home was not in the best condition, and while Cathy initially offered to help improve its appearance for the listing, that follow-through didn't really happen. What's most upsetting is that my parents walked away with less than 20k from the sale of a home that sold for more than 400k. That outcome is incredibly disheartening, and I truly believe they were taken advantage of. Whether it was a lack of transparency, poor negotiation, or just overall lack of advocacy -- the service they received was far from what any family should expect. As their daughter, I feel terrible that my parents had this experience. I believe Cathy could have done much better, and I hope this review encourages more awareness and accountability in how agents treat clients, especially kind hearted people. read more

Kimberly Bolin of Ferrari Lund is a thief and created fictitious charges in order to keep a security deposit. but not before discrimination towards me for having a service animal. after reminding her of that fact, she changed her tune and filed for a no cause eviction while still under a viable lease thus terminating the lease early and charging me for the not holding up to the lease agreement. steer clear of this realtor if you value your family and your peace of mind. if this is the kind of dirty tactics this realtor employs, everyone should avoid Ferrari Lund at all costs! read more

One of the agents with this firm was the seller's agent when we bought a house, and she did not make sure they did what they agreed to AT ALL (or maybe didn't explain it so they understood what they were signing up for. Either way, very unprofessional.) Nothing they promised to have done was done: inspections, repairs, etc., that they signed a contracts that they'd do. Almost made us back out of the sale till our agent said it must be their agent not explaining what they should be doing. Wrote to the broker about it and he did not even respond, so it must be okay at their firm to be unprofessional and sloppy about your work. If it's not okay, you'd think he would have at least offered an apology or let us know he talked to the agent about it or something. read more
