Great service until they stole my keys to my car and made me tow my car home. The next day I was met by Eddie spewing profanties stating he did not have my keys. The vulgaeraties coming from Eddie's mouth were hostile and caused me to drive away from a physical confrontation. I called theSV police to report the hostility and stolen keys. My friend was nearly attacked by to of the mexican workers. I was able to get my keys back thanks to the SV PD very peaceful. But Eddie lost a long term car wash customer of 4 years. Terrible service, absolutely covered my motorcycle tires in tire shine - a very slippery compound, causing a crash. Owner was rude and refused to fix the bike or even admit fault OR agree to retrain employee. Owner dismissed me saying that they "clean plenty of motorcycles" and escorted me back to my car. read more

Monday morning, needed my JEEP washed & was so happy I found this hand car wash and stopped here. They only do detailing by appt, but I was able to get a full hand car wash for just $35 which included vacuum, cleaned the floor mats, wiped down interior, tires & rims cleaned. I was very happy with the work. Took them about an hour, but was well worth the wait. Chairs for you to sit outside on porch & wait. You can watch them do the full clean in front of you. The workers do not take care of the vehicle, if you get anything other than a basic wash be wary and take a very good look at your entire vehicle before leaving. They have broken my carbon fiber hood by pulling it by the hook and slamming it resulting in my hood unable to latch. The next incident was when they broke my father driver seat controls. Neither time did they take responsibility. read more

Brought my truck here after a road trip not expecting anything special...boy was I wrong. $30 (plus a hefty tip) and this gentleman spent over an hour meticulously cleaning the interior/exterior of my truck. I wish I had more time or I would've had them do the full wax! While there, I saw 3 different high-end vehicles dropped off from a dealership for them to make showroom ready, so that says something. Really nice guys. Literally one of he beat car washes I have ever had! The hand wash took about 20-25 minutes, car looked great. I got an inside and outside wash for $25, but they have less expensive washes and more expensive details. I am SO happy there is finally a walk in, non gas station car wash near by!!!!! The fellows who do the hand wash are thorough, careful, and very competent! My husband's truck had not been washed professionally for years! They take their time, they don't overcharge, and seem to do all the little extra one wouldn't expect for a basic wash with interior vacuum and window cleaning. I'm very impressed! read more

Best wax and detail place in town. My car looked better than when I bought from the show room floor. I will be a return customer and I'm already planning on booking our other family vehicle in for the same service. You might find other places that are cheaper but no were near the quality. Other places in town have left wax where my emblems are and other difficult spots, but not these guy. My rims are like mirrors. As a traveler, having my car cleaned after settling into my new assignment is a must. I asked for a wash and vacuum. I figured vacuuming included the back, it didn't. No biggy, I know to request it next time. This is one of the best results I've had. I go over the inside myself because I'm slightly OCD :) They did a great job! Did not really clean the car. For $20 there were still remains of dead bugs on the windshield and the front of the vehicle.

A little less than a year ago, Yombes was about the only car-wash game in town. Now Sierra Vista has a big $5 car wash just off 90 near the Lowe's and Native Wings and a brand new outfit on 92 next to the Culver's and the Golden Coral. But, the one by Native no longer does any interior work and it amounts to an expensive drive through like those in a gas station. The other car wash (sorry I am forgetting the names but locals will know) is fantastic ... but it has fantastic prices too! Yombes on the other hand is a trailer, an awning, some lawn chairs and some hoses - but also one more thing: pride in workmanship. I just had my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon detailed there and the job Yombes did was nothing short of perfection. The same job at the expensive new place on 92 would have been almost $100 more. My Jeep was full of dog hair - a years worth from two malamutes. Not a single hair was left. The engine, interior and exterior were like new. This is the place to go. I dropped the vehicle; they took me to work on the base and then came and got me. Great service. No frills ... just a great job. read more

My car was very dirty, it had been 2 years since I bought my car and have never had the inside detailed. I have a new car again. I can't say much about the waiting area. Unbelievable. This isn't even bait and switch. I don't even know what it's called. So here's the deal. We drop off our minivan and say we'll be back around 2 PM. We asked to get the inside and the outside cleaned. We get there at two, open up the back and they haven't even vacummed. See, there's some dog hair back there, amidst other dirt. I ask about the dog hair, and you're going to love thiis. He says, "Oh, you wanted us to get that up?" I respond with 'What?" I mean, did he really ask that question. Of course I wanted him to get it up. "We charge extra for that," he says. "Where is that in writing? Do you have that posted anywhere?" He said ,"No" and I asked him "how then was I to know you'de decide not to clean the inside of my vehicle because of a policy you haven't even written down? You post all of your prices and that's not even one of them." He said, "I don't know." I said, "You've now lost any chance of business from me and my family and my friends." He shrugs and smiles, clearly not caring. You know, you try and support local businesses. I could have taken this through a car wash and cleaned the inside myself. I've done it before and now it looks like I'm going to have to do it again because this business either has policies that are invisible, they tried extort more money from me than was the original cost, or they're just plain lazy. Or it could be all three. Now I'm goinng to go do what I paid them to do. And oh yeah, they had two workers standing around doing nothing, so it wasn't like they didn't have the time. Usually I have a great experience at this location however today was not good. I came in at 1:30pm on Sunday. .the guys said he had 4 vehicles in front of me and it would be at least 2hrs before he could get to me . He asked if I could come back in 2hrs and he would take care of me . So I said ok no problem. I came back in an hour and 30min . 3:05pm I came back and saw the guy locking up and I said what's going on . You told me to come back in 2hrs he said I'm sorry I already locked everything up . I said you told me to be back in 2hrs and now your closed. He said sorry but he can take care of me tomorrow morning . This was not cool . For him to get rid of me and tell me to come back in 2hrs knowing they would be closed by that time . .. I will avoid this place in the future because of my experience . read more

Do NOT use for detailing your car, especially if you have a bigger truck. They missed several areas on the inside (cup holders, between seats) and did NOT wax the roof of our truck. Owners offered to fix it but never contacted me after returning from 4th of July weekend as promised. read more
