To this day, if I can help it, I will step OVER an ant on the ground instead of on it. I am a very structured person who works hard for my accomplishments, and that is something Master Barron instilled in me. That's not to say that I didn't learn A LOT of actual Tae-Kwon-Do! I was able to become a first-degree black belt in about four years at the age of 10. I always felt safe, supported and in very capable hands with regard to the tradition and technique of the martial art. The dojo was always impeccably clean, and I have fond memories of nights where all the child students would get together for a sleepover to bond with one another. I would give 0 stars if possible. Most instructors quit and now rely on the children to teach…read moreclasses (child labor) while parents still have to pay for class. You have to pay extra to be in a special program to do more things. Classes will ALWAYS end late and the schedule always hast drastic changes. The bathrooms are disgusting and never cleaned and the floors are dirty. I wish the owner would teach the values to himself that they claim to teach the kids. The classes are overpriced. Go somewhere else.

I wish the facility had more cable machine stations but what they have doesn't get too overcrowded. The area with the abdominal machines is one of the better PF an areas. The gym was very cleanly and the locker rooms were beyond well kept. The staff was decently cordial. Not my normal go to but it was accommodating and the members the same.
