I was told I could change treatments once my wife and I had another child, but then when I went in suddenly I'm too young and she refused to do what I'd been previously told was an option like 3 weeks before. The front desk employees are very nice and easy to deal with. The Dr over the hormone treatment side is perfectly nice, but she doesn't care about your symptoms or how you feel if your numbers are "ok" even if they're still lower than they should be. I've already changed to an online clinic based in Dallas and have had much better results immediately.
