Both right and left implants were removed and he wanted me to do a CT scan. CT scan showed a implant on my right side but the doctor did not say anything about a implant nor does his OP report does not reflect placed on the right side. Doctor on 1 week follow up stated there was a fluid collection on the right side. I have since consulted with two other surgeons that that stated the there is a implant on the right side. During the procedure it is noted that his surgical assistant was the front desk person at his office and I question if she is certified to be a assistant. I can provide all documentation if needed. In summary hed did a procedure which I did consent for and inserted an implant on the right side that he did not tell me about. Also he left in a large amount of silicone on my right side. Please ladies do your research. Go to Dr Slack in Allen Texas he did the most amazing job!!!!

He jumped in and poked wherever, disregarding my actual problem areas. I am very displeased with his rapid visit and neglect of what I was there to pay for. When I called the office to get a touch up due to unsatisfactory results, I was told it would cost more. Super overpriced and lack of compassion for the patient experience. I would not recommend.

The nurse came in with a…read moreform for costs and said I would be charged my co-pay ($50) plus $145 for up to 14 SK removals. When I went to checkout they charged me $227.94. I told her that wasn't correct, it should be $195 according to the nurse and the form she showed me in the examination room. The front desk person (without apology) said that form was wrong and charged me the additional $32.94. I really liked the doctor but his business practices are in need. I won't be returning.

Needless to say she gave me a prescription medicine that can cause complete failure of the adrenal glands and from reading the trials it happened to 8 out of the 10 patients and only 2 could gain recovery. She never said any of this to me I'm just thankful for being a bio major and being able to understand everything. For anyone wondering what the failure of the adrenal gland can do it basically can cause a decrease in cortisol production and possibly aldosterone which deal with the reabsorption of spurious and excretion of potassium along with the possibility of not being able to raise glucose lvl when needed. She definitely did not seem to care about my concerns and was just trying to get me out of there as quick as she could. If you go here good luck you will not get the help you want.
