Please do NOT be like our family and expect that you'll be treated as a customer that matters. But do expect these to happen: *Promises of a new replacement set to be ready in 48 hours, of which is HIGHLY unlikely to occur, but rather every 2-3 days you'll be "promised" that they will be in, "Tomorrow." "Tomorrow." "Two more days." Next week." *After you are frustrated with the multitudes of promised, yet failed delivery times, and you have to endlessly shout at your elder loved one, as do family, visitors, and medical staff--you'll likely go to the business in person. He even listed to her "old lady stories". We could not have asked for a better experience today and walked away with exactly what she needed. There was no fee for their service and he spend almost two hours with us. I highly recommend this office for your hearing aid needs.

Dr. Hutchinson's bedside Manner is bar none, and his knowledge is excellent. I ended up opting to have a septoplasty for my deviated septum and I'm so glad that I did! Everything went smoothly and the results speak for themselves in terms of improved breathing g F or me. The ladies in all facets of their offices are top notch, and truly helpful.

They run people thru like a cattle barn,…read moreI have never experiencied such an uncaring envioroment, he did not want to listen, did not speak to my husband and I and he was in and out of the so called room which was dirty and looked like something out of the '80s. I was very uncomfortable from the miniute he walked in. I had an xray which he never talked about with me except said you might??? have still have some infection, I had told him I had been to my PCP which he quipped well that is probably why you are still sick.......really. I had just been on 10 days of antibiotic and gotten a kenalog shot. I tried to explain this and he would just but in and say well we need to do this procedure to look into your nose, whis by the way we got pre authorized right in the office never heard of that happening took five min. , then his assistant brought in the equipment and he picked it up put it in the front of my nasal passage for maybe a second said I don't see any polups?? It was redicoulous the whole place. I filed a grievence with the office and with my insurance about his rude, non caring, arrogant facade, doing services without even consulting with me about them .......the last thing was, I am giving you an antibiotic Cipro for 30 DAYS? I googled it and I am 70 years old and you don't give that to people over 60, it is dangerous, and a nose spray. I started talking about just having had 10 days of antibiotic but he did not want to listen and looked at me and said I WILL SEE YOU IN 30 DAYS AND WALKED OUT ON ME. Do yourself a favor in my opinion only don't waste your time.
