Now I can read street signs at night at a distance that will allow me to turn if it is the street I want. There was almost no waiting time at the office. Dr Cossack answered my questions quickly and personally even the on line questions Dr Cossack listened to my concerns and treated them seriously. I recommend Doctor Cossack . If you need to see an ophthalmologist or even an optometrist (it doesn't hurt to get a more in depth exam after all its your eyes! )Get an appointment with this doctor. I first found out about Weis Eye Center due to their membership with the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce and their radio commercials on 92.1 The Fan. Dr. Jeffrey Weis and the staff at the Weis Eye Center, specifically Bernie, were with me every step of the way making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the process prior to the day of surgery. On the day of the procedure itself, I was in and out of the office in 15 minutes. The Z-LASIK itself was under two minutes and the staff made sure I was comfortable and aware of the process. The first few hours at home following the surgery does mean some burning and discomfort in the eyes which they recommend let pass by sleeping as much as possible. At the follow up visit the very next morning I was already seeing at 20/20! Each follow up was quick and easy. I highly recommend the Weis Eye Center!

We were able to go to our local hospital versus get in a long line of surgeries that exist at some of the local hospitals. Aftercare was encouraging , appointments were never backed up with delays. Office staff were pleasant and efficient. Insurance covered the majority of billing in our case but we checked that carefully beforehand to understand our responsibilities.

I found the frame selection was a bit limited in styles I liked but they had a good selection of inexpensive of kids styles, and got my son glasses from there.
