This has nothing to do with Dr Yoons services but about the reception. During the past year I've missed 2 appts and today I was late by 15 minutes thinking my appt was 940 not 920am. I've waited in your waiting area for over 45 minutes before being seen yet it's ok when I'm late 15 minutes we've gotta reschedule the appt. Ive gotten threatening letters saying there not going to refill my eye drops until I'm seen again. With this ridiculous "your late" no one in the inside waiting & 2 people waiting by the reception. I guess helping patients isn't a thing anymore. Yes, I was late, you're right by 15 minutes. read more
