While returning from a road trip, we decided to have some food. While searching in the area, we found this brewery on Yelp. The reviews looked great, so we decided to check it out. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, we both tried a flight each of beer/wine. I loved that you could choose both wine and beer on the same flight, as Im not as big of a wine drinker anymore. They also had a nice variety of dark beer (the only kinds I like). They also had a minimal but sufficient food menu to choose from. I also love the historic building this establishment is located in, as it has so much character! We ordered our food, flights, and also purchased a couple of bottles to go. Our waitress also informed us that they have an open patio in the summer time, which we are looking forward to experiencing once its warmer outside. read more

This is our second time coming from buffalo with the kids for staycation at the holiday inn express (pool). Stopped in for pizza and wine - highly recommend this place. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, fantastic wine (which I don't say easily). This town is such a gem and yori wine cellars is a beautiful addition. Very nicely done! We came here after a bike ride. They were a little busy. 6 people at the bar.?? We ordered 3 apps. They were pretty good. Trying to get a drink was impossible. The bartender actually asked a gentleman if he needed anything he said he was still waiting to be served. She said well "I am busy." Come on. 2 people in our party didn't even get drinks. And 1 of the drinks we couldn't drink if was aweful. read more

Had a wonderful afternoon of wine tasting. Had a delicious and plentiful charcuterie board. We also enjoyed a margherita flatbread. Delicious food and wine with a friendly attentive staff. We will definitely be returning anytime we visit Nort East. read more

Yori is a very nice little winery hidden in the small town of North east PA. It is very well decorated and has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately for them it is very small and has a limited amount of space. Their wines are nice but you could be waiting for a little bit to get some counter space. A few years ago, my husband and I spent a weekend in Northeast and ate at Michael's Restaurant, adjoining this fairly new winery. We were pleasantly surprised that when we returned for another wine touring weekend, this winery was opened! During this trip, my girlfriend's and I stopped here for the Harvest Festival wine and food pairing. The spaghetti squash lasagna was absolutely amazing and paired well with the selected wine. What I enjoy about this place is the owner and his family are not only in it for the business, but they are passionate about telling you the history of their wines and of the building that holds the restaurant and winery. The wines tend to be on the sweeter side. However, if the wine description includes "floral notes" or "a touch of citrus", the subtle flavors are actually distinguishable! Their sweet, fruity wines are my favorite, all of which are reasonably priced. If you are staying near Northeast, enjoy wine, and would like to support a locally owned family business, stop in at Yori's for a sample! read more

Excellent! Well worth the trip ... even with all the covid safety precautions, renovations in progress, etc. the owners managed to make this a welcoming place! They know their wines and they make some really good ones. Went to Erie, PA in summer of 2020 and very glad that we went over to Northeast to experience Yori Wine Cellars. My wife and I tried some great wines there and bought a few bottles to take home. The dry riesling and the cabernet franc have a special place on the wine rack but not for long. Really nice people there! Highly recommended! They are also remodeling and expanding to add more counter space for the wine tastings. read more

This place is awesome! Annabelle is a doll. We ordered homemade meatballs, charcuterie board and the trio of dips. They were all amazing! The meatballs in particular were a highlight. Our favorite wine was the Cabernet Franc. We enjoyed it so much that we bought a bottle. Highly recommend. read more

We stopped in on our way home from Western NY. A little hard to find - look for the "winery" flag out front. We had the place to ourselves and had a wonderful conversation about the winery and the wines with one of the owners. Since there were two of us, we got to sample 12 wines, all on the dry side of the list. We were pleasantly surprised with a number of them and walked out with 5 bottles. It is a small place - I can imagine it would get overwhelmed with a wine bus or other large group. read more
