Without getting into detail that might have other people asking for the special treatment I got, they made sure I got home so that I could finish up my workday, and REALLY went out of their way to do so. Car stuff's always going to be expensive - I'm not sure I'd trust cut-rate brake service, anyway - but their pricing is always reasonable and well-explained, and I have never gone away feeling like they've done something I didn't need or that I'd paid for something silly. When I got the phone call from Kevin about how much the repair would be , I asked if the fluids were check. I got a big O Ya we did. They are fine. I asked also if the maintenance light could be turned off. When I go the car the maintenance light was still on. I checked the fluids myself and automatic transmission fluid and the power steering fluid were low. The only thing this shop is good at that you can trust is them making out the bill.
