York County Cider's lineup shows real craft: the tropical-leaning Hawaii Five-0 pops with pineapple, Imperial Cherry Bomb delivers a bold, candied hit, the Raspberry stays light and tart, and Queen Ann's Revenge balances spice and oak in a satisfying finish. Flavor-wise, the flight hit the mark. The taproom, though, felt more "packed pub" than cozy cidery crowd, a bit loud, and short on seating when we arrived. Staff kept things moving, but the atmosphere just wasn't my style. Still, if you're cider-curious and don't mind a bustling crowd, York County Cider is worth a pint; for those who prefer a more laid-back vibe, it may be a one-time stop rather than a new hangout. read more

The Cider is awesome! There is definitely a flavor or any palette, Lemon, Dry, Strawberry Lime, Cran Ras, Hopped, Cherry, and Tiki Hut to name a few. You can take home cans, bottles, or even 2-liter bottles! We got two flights of 4, so we only tasted 8 of the 16. Today, there was live Irish music. You can sit inside or enjoy the deck. There is plenty of space for groups. Breanna was awesome and service was great! If we ever find our way back to Fredicton, NB, we would absolutely stop in again. read more
