After prime time the download time is relatively short and works properly. I called the help number and they were clueless tried to explain signing in to me which I wasn't complaining about This is obviously a server capacity problem but getting them to even acknowledge they have a problem is fruitless. If they are going to push and sell digital subscriptions they should get their IT department straightened out. We have digital subs to other newspapers ( Times and Post) and the pages appear almost instantaneously.

I had so much fun browsing--there were so many different types of pens, shapes, and quality levels to explore. Even if you're not specifically shopping for something, it's a really interesting place to look around. I actually didn't plan on stopping in and wasn't even sure it would be open based on the time I arrived, but I'm so glad it was. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I ended up purchasing a pencil and a seal, and I'll definitely be back--this would be a great place to find a thoughtful, high-quality gift (especially for something like Father's Day). Also, a really cool bonus: there's an Airbnb located on the second floor, which adds to the charm of the space.

The best part is the techs there lack the computer nerd condescension that is all too common at these kinds of places. The only negative is that their access on RT 30, if you are coming from York, is you must double back on RT 30 to get in their parking lot. A small price to pay for the best service around.
