Today we couldn't get one battery out of the casing (Pride now uses super Velcro to hold the batteries and reduce noice). I brought the whole case in and the guys removed the battery, installed the new ones and did a voltage check. Then carried the whole unit to my car. The staff is always helpful and pleasant - great customer service.
