The next day, I ended up in the ER needing emergency gallbladder removal. The ER doctor said this should have been addressed much earlier. After surgery, when I could barely walk, I needed a referral for a GI specialist. His staff member, Susan, insisted I come into the office even though my insurance confirmed it wasn't required. The doctor even said it was "not a big deal" to lose a gallbladder. Two months later, I was hospitalized again due to leftover gallstones. The hospital told me they contacted Chun Kit's office for a referral, but his staff claimed I hadn't been seen in over a year, which was completely untrue. In my experience, this doctor delayed my care, dismissed my symptoms, and contributed to unnecessary complications.

Most patients here are in and out within 15mins due to their rather simple issues of with a cough, cold, or bruise/ache. Clientele leans older not younger but no matter. The front office staff of 3 long-time pro admins are superb always billing correctly and efficiently handling any question from insurance details (incredibly omplex stuff) to payments to scheduling all. The efficiency and speed of everything here with respectful professionalism and Dr. Chan's affable personable self make me return year on year. Hopefully, I won't have to return in between physicals.

I asked her how long do have to wait, she realized she skipped me from the list, but she didn't apologized or anything, she just said you're the next. Ridiculous!!! if I don't say anything, I might have to wait there forever. The doctors are awesome, that is the reason why I don't want to change to another clinic so far. Dr. Lin is daring and intelligent, she cared about every details that you said. Overall I really hope the doctors can improve the management, so that the nurses and the receptionists knows what to do and what shouldn't. Maybe set up a suggestion box in each doctors room to update the feedback from patients.

I walked into a clean, spacious and quiet waiting room on a Wednesday late afternoon around 4:30pm. Walked up to the receptionist, gave her my insurance card and filled out the paperwork. The doctor called me in 5 minutes and I got the flu shot. I did not have to deal with any MA (medical assistants), PA or nurse practitioners or any nonsense because the doctor himself actually sees you. The doctor was patient. professional and most importantly, speaks clear ENGLISH AND CHINESE. I was out of the office in 10 minutes. His office hours are a bit different than most offices because I believe that he's has another office in Bensonhurst where he's at on saturday and another day of the week. But he's here on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Plus he's a NYS licensed acupuncturist.

I was recommended by a gynecological surgeon because what they saw in my MRI was concerning to them. this doctor could care less, especially when it comes to women. I waited two months to see this doctor just to be disrespected talked down & absolutely unequivocally not heard. he was so rude even when he did an anal exam, causing me severe pain. I feeling emotionally and physically violated. but you know I'm just a woman so we must all be crazy right? this is one of the main reasons why I only like to go to female doctors. This man because I refuse to call him a doctor now treated me like absolute shit. Meanwhile, another NYU doctor recommended him to me and that's in my clinical notes as a recommendation, but he refused to read that then lied to me and said that he did read all my notes. I will never understand how a doctor like this with this kind of attitude can serve anyone. i'm going to find out how I can make a complaint with the medical board and with NYU because here I am still in writhing pain with no answers and no help other than a cream. my husband and I are gonna go to far links to do what we need to do because this man sent me home with the idea that my pain was perceived and not real. I don't know how to explain the frustration I feel, but no one should ever be disregarded by a doctor. nor should their severe pain be disregarded. This man has no idea what it's like to have a hysterectomy and then have adhesions afterwards. He has no idea how bad constipation and gas can hurt. If he does, he just doesn't care. My CT scan images and my MRI images show exactly what's wrong and that there is a kink in my colon. This man tried telling me the colon doesn't feel pain. That's when I said you're not understanding. It's gas and it's constipation because my colon is being squeezed. He looked at me dead in the face and rolled his eyes at me. Since it's my medical visit and my medical records, I voice recorded the entire visit and you can hear how disgustingly rude and dismissive he was being. I don't recommend this doctor, especially if you're female. I am so disappointed in the NYU institution for having such a horrible human being. Serve the Brooklyn community. now to file a complaint with the medical board and with NYU as a whole. if you ever do decide to see this doctor, I beg you to proceed with caution.
