Anyone else from different background gets treated unfairly. He loves money and doesn't care customers health. His staff and him keeps pushing the surgery day as far back as he can to extract more money from insurance. When you ask questions, he doesn't like to answer or hear any questions the patients might have. I was so concerned for my father's health and he belittled me when I raised my concerns. He didn't give me set plans to heal my dad. He keeps changing plans and continues to sell his own products like the pills and creams which does NOT help at all. It is just a band aid to the problem and not a solution. He does not have any solutions. He also emailed me with bunch of grammatical mistakes and unprofessional attitude. I am really concerned about how he got certified to be a surgeon in nyc. He also have bunch of other offices in queens and Manhattan. Be really careful about scam doctors like him. I have attached his bogus medications and creams as a proof. I also attached the prove he is not professional and needs to go back to school to learn about humanity skills. I can keep going about how disastrous this doctor is about the way he treats members of the public who are his patient. I had to beg him to stop hurting my father and he wouldn't listen and told me to go find another doctor if I didn't like his service. I did exactly that and found a real doctor, not a scammer like Dr. Fulmes and his entire staff. Thankful god is always on my side. The real doctor checked everything and preformed the surgery asap, without torturing and prolonging the procedure and surgery. I suggest you not to go to this doctor. The ER, like most city ER's, was jammed. with all rooms and hallways filled with patients. The wait time was longer than it should have been for my condition unfortunately. The CT scan revealed a blocked small intestine. I was given anti-nausea and morphine. I stayed in the ER overnight and surgery was performed the next day by Dr. Kevin Pei with minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Pei discovered that I had an intussusception intestine. He removed 43cm of my small intestine and reattached it with staples. I was then moved upstairs to a private room in the Kimmel building. The care by the surgical team and nursing staff throughout my six-day stay was outstanding along with their state-of-the-art technology. The practice is recognized as one of the best in the country and I certainly believe this to be true.

There were many guidelines that he went over, along with an appointed nurse that provided me with a full informational packet regarding the pre-procedure prep I needed to follow. The whole process of booking my first consult to the quick scheduling of my procedure, I felt that they wasted no time and that was very appreciated on my part.
