My parents had been going to him for as long as I can remember. My sister switched to him and I started using him as my PC ever since my pediatrician abandoned me lol. It took a lot of convincing before we were able to switch my grandmother over to him too and it was so worth it. (Her previous PC was located above Kam Man and it was terrible. The wait was 5x as long and they are anything but detailed.) I really appreciate all the work he does for my family, especially my mom, who needs extra care. Although I do not visit the doctors office often, I feel like I get premium care when I am there. Just taking my knee pains for example, when I had visited another doctor's office for convenience sake (they also had no wait time. It was 5 minutes wait max), they just told me they did not feel like anything was wrong and to just give it some time. When I went to Dr. Lau, he went into detail telling me what might be causing the pain, how my recent lifestyle changes could have impacted it and what I should do to ease the pain, even telling me how to look for the appropriate shoes. He remembers my family medical history and makes me feel at ease during every visit. Even though he's always busy, he tries his best to answer all my questions and patiently listens to my bragging as well as my feedback in terms of his given advice or prescription(s). I believe that his medical information are sincere and not for the sake of selling the drug. The consultation fees are reasonable and he would not overcharge for his services. During the times when I have to pay out of my pocket, he provides discounts (upon request) and drug samples to help me out. Although it didn't make a big difference, I feel appreciated because the price reduction is only given out to his long-term valuable clients. I like his new office (less than 2 blocks radius) because it is much cleaner and roomier as compared to his old location. The staffs are always nice and cheerful. Unlike other clinics, their customer service team is polite and helpful regardless in-person or by-phone. I notice that they are really trying to assist instead of directing the inquiry to other parties and diffusing their responsibilities. One thing I do not enjoy is the waiting time. I always arrive there prior to my appointment and yet, I have to wait for at least another half hour for my turn. Why are they letting the walk-in patients (who arrived 5 minutes before me) to be seen first? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then? I understand the fact that Dr Lau has a huge list of clients but I have to say that such action is unfair and he needs to improve on his (appointment) time management. I have seen Dr Lau for almost 12 years up to date. Overall, I am pleased with his service throughout the years. I trust Dr Lau and I would highly recommend Dr Lau to anyone!

I asked her how long do have to wait, she realized she skipped me from the list, but she didn't apologized or anything, she just said you're the next. Ridiculous!!! if I don't say anything, I might have to wait there forever. The doctors are awesome, that is the reason why I don't want to change to another clinic so far. Dr. Lin is daring and intelligent, she cared about every details that you said. Overall I really hope the doctors can improve the management, so that the nurses and the receptionists knows what to do and what shouldn't. She's very knowledgeable knowing about the different interactions between medications you are taking which is very rare. She always takes your concerns seriously and will refer you to specialists who can help with issues. She is also very kind and compassionate and unlike other doctors will call to follow up with you. I have not had such a good doctor since my favorite pediatrician retired. I also like that because its appointment based, you do not need to wait hours in a packed waiting room where you're ironically very likely to catch something. And from my experience I'm generally able to get an appointment same day or the next day.

Also, I usually never wait for over fifteen minutes and I am most definitely out in less than an hour. For today's visit, I arrived at 10:00am on a Tuesday for my sore throat. The nurse quickly checked my vitals and my weight and afterwards, I waited for about 10 minutes before heading into Dr. Pangs office. She asked me what my complaint was and after answering that and a few questions (medications, vaccinations, etc), she performed a quick physical exam (examining the tonsils, checking lymph nodes, checking for a spleen enlargement) and a throat culture. As a nursing student, I clearly know AND saw that she was doing everything required for the focused assessment. Now I wanted to point out that Dr Pang truly is looking out for her patients. Because there was no sign of a bacterial infection, she treated me as a viral patient and did not prescribe to me antibiotics. There are doctors that just end up prescribing antibiotics during times like this, hoping to please the patient or to just clear out all of the bacteria. However, Dr Pang told me that she will give me a call in 2 days, with the culture results, and told me to be in contact in case anything gets worse. She did not want to unnecessarily give me antibiotics which can lead to fatigue/antibiotic resistance. TRUE DOCTOR, RIGHT THERE.

However, the local pharmacy (Roseview Pharmacy) that works with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group came to the rescue and was able to deliver it the same day that evening. I am highly satisfied with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group's service and care, and will support them as my primary care going forward. Their office experience was also quite nice as it looks new. 10/10 recommend.

Last time, i need to do a ppd and i dont health insurance so i went to her office hoping she can arrange for a discount. First, she promised me she will not charge me for the visit and to see report, i only have to pay for the lab. Im not the type of person who takes advantage from other so thinking to treat her for a tea time to thank her. However, when i went back to see report she said didn't expect me to come back. And since i need to see report she need she collect $100 from me added up from the last visit, then i agreed. I quickpay my excoworker to pay for me that night. But the next day, i found out she only charge $40 for her selfpay patients to see her include followup to see report. I was so mad at that time. Two days later, i received a call from her office "remind me to pay." Ha! So phony, i told her that i dont have cash that day and she told me nicely, "no! no! Its ok, you can bring it back next time". I still paid her b/c i dont want to owe her anything. But no more business! I first heard about Dr. wang was from a family friend. When I had strep Troat, at first, I went to see the other two physicians (not going to name them) at another clinic. However, the medications (Guaifenesin and Zyrtec) that they prescribe me were not working quite well; in the end, I end up coughing throughout the nights, and there was a bloodstain on my mucus. It was such a painful experience that I won't ever forget about it or want to experience it again. When I first see Dr.Wang, she immediately prescribes Azithromycin and Robitussin. After I start taking Azithromycin and Robitussin, the cough was not as severe. But the cough continues, so I went to see her again. She then prescribes penicillin potassium 500 mg and instructs me to continue taking Robitussin but start intaking this newly prescribed antibiotic. To my surprise, it was effective, and I finally was able to sleep through the night. Not to mention, every time I get my flu shot, the staff would always contact me the next day to see how I am feeling, to know if I'm experiencing any discomfort or major side effects from the shot. I'm so glad that Dr.Wang is my current PCP, and are grateful for their care. I would highly recommend Dr.Wang and this clinic.
