Our hosts, Bridgette and Zach had good energy and clear with instructions. They sell refreshments (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and can also bring drinks into the game room as well. There is plenty of parking (located in a strip mall) and not young kid-friendly in my opinion, but need to be at least 10+ year old. Consider this spot for something different when you want to change up your social environment.

I was under the impression, (just like most of the people in the review section) that this was booked by groups and not open for other people joining our group. When we arrived at 3:45pm, 15 mins before our scheduled time SAVANNA told us we had to reschedule our already booked room for 5:20pm because a family walked in 5 mins before and they kicked us off our already scheduled time. I am confused why allow people to book online and accommodate to walk in over RESERVATIONS. Savanna was very rude and had a lot of attitude towards us, when we asked if we could have our own room for our rescheduled time at 5:20pm she said we had to pay extra even though the group that stole our scheduled room at 4:00pm did not pay for a "private section" when we asked why, she gave us attitude and told us "they got dibs because they got here first". The website does not state this is a "first come first serve" establishment, I read through the waiver and everything that was displayed at the moment of booking and none of this was mentioned at all. We later arrived at 4:40pm for our rescheduled time and Britney greeted us and was very polite and she even apologized for what happened. I appreciate Britney trying to smooth things over and guiding us through the escape room. I genuinely had a fun time during the activity but Savanna's attitude and being forced to reschedule our reservation tainted our entire experience. Britney did a great job and it seemed to be the only employee present that afternoon with multiple groups in the lobby. I appreciate Britney's hard work. I want to add as well going through the reviews after this experience, I see this is a reoccurring problem and I am disappointed with how rude the owners have been responding to other customers, this establishment lacks professionalism.

There are selfie tripods set up for each set with the adequate lighting to take shots of yourself to show off to your friends, fuel your vanity, and just have a bit of amusement and fun. Each of the sets and art installations are different theme-wise such as the bathtub and dressing room sets, the psychedelic landscapes with Jim Henson-like plush animals, surreal backgrounds, gym-like settings with punching bags, food-centric backdrops, fake advertising murals, and more. You have to love taking selfies to spend the money for a couple of hours. Additionally, they have an escape room if you have some friends who may be inclined and get selfied out.

There is plenty of free street parking around the business. The escape room itself was decent and adequately rated at medium-level difficulty. The employee said that every year to 2 years they update the escape rooms but it still felt slightly outdated compared to other escape rooms I have been to. Josiah was awesome and very helpful from the moment we got there to when we left.
