Well after the first time my daughter danced in her new shoes her left foot was bleeding and in a great deal of pain, so I made another appointment to get her a shoe which would work for her left foot. About a minute (no seriously...it was just a minute) after I made the appointment Rosemary herself called to talk to me about the problem. She assured me that she would figure something out and she did. She spent so much time with my daughter getting the exact right fit and really listening to my daughter every step of the way. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He measured my feet and told me to always judge shoes while standing up. He grabbed a few different sizes for me so I could get a feel for what I liked. I appreciated how he explained that there were different widths based on letter. He was amazing. He held onto my slippers behind the counter so I could browse the store after. He kindly pointed out the different sections of the store too. When I was done exploring, the lady at the cash register was super kind. She helped me sign up for their rewards program. They do those promotions where you can get a W&M cap and t-shirt -- preselected with no substitutions, of course -- for under twenty bucks. You can get a diploma frame with the Wren Building.
