Love this shelter. we got one of our first dogs here and have been back a couple times ever since!…read more this time there was a man in the cat part of the shelter that wasn't very friendly and just made us feel like we weren't really welcomed in there. my friend didn't know the rules and was having a cat sniff her hand and he very rudely told her not to do that and to ask the staff before touching them. which the reasoning was understandable, but the tone. a lot of people don't know which it's the workers job to remind them, not be rude about it. i love this place forever. my fur baby is from here. this one man will not change my opinion. They are one of the cleanest shelter around. all dogs and cats look very happy and healthy.

We decided upon Animals R Special. Why? Let me tell you: We found this practice to be exactly what that particular puppy needed. Full service, exceptionally trained vets, who are also empathetic vets, exceptional support staff, and also a practice that is willing to titer vs push vaccines/unneeded procedures. We bring in Wanda. She was treated so well and the communication between vet and client so nice; when I got home I told my husband, "we are switching all of them to this practice" they are extraordinary. And that is exactly what I did today. Today we brought in our 12.5 yr old dog Mo. they knew he had anxiety so they prepped in advance for him. The entire exam was on the floor, with lots of love, cuddles, good boys, and peanut butter treats. He was like a completely different dog. Showed near zero anxiety. Thats the kind of vet I want. One that goes that extra step. They confirmed he was in fact super healthy, his teeth fine. The previous practice kept saying he had cancer and at one appt suggested amputating his leg due to cancer (which btw, he doesnt have, it was a lipoma. Aka fatty growth) and wanted teeth extracted (which I thought was odd as he had no problem eating kibble.). So glad we didnt listen to the former practice as Animals r Special confirmed he is completely healthy and needs none of that. Loki comes in next week. So: if you want an honest vet, that goes the extra mile for your animal and really knows what they are doing.... You have found the right practice. 100%. We have seen both vets at this practice and recommend both the doctors. You cant go wrong with any of the ppl here. Seriously, Animals R Special is the winning place to go to because at this practice the vets/staff here are more than special, they are extraordinary. And that is what we all want for our furry friends.... The best!

The office…read morehad a very calm atmosphere with many resident kitties wandering around and interacting with people in the waiting area. My dog got microchipped, 2 oral medications and 3-4 vaccinations. Overall the price was very reasonable and was less than I expected to pay! Dr. Himler and her vet tech were super nice and had calm demeanors which I think helped to soothe my sometimes hyperactive puppy. Everything went very well, and was executed quickly and efficiently, my dog didn't even flinch with any of her shots! Definitely recommend this office to any pet owner :)

Working with Alyssa and her family great. I reached out and and she replied over night about their recently born litter of Cane Corso puppies. She sent pictures and allowed me to pick the puppy I preferred. Making arrangements was easy and given that we were coming from Wisconsin and their business is in OH, it was still easy to make adjustments due to weather and other delays. Upon arrival my husband noticed that they had several beautiful Cane's onsite. The paperwork was signed Zelle sent and we were on our way. Now on our new baby... Layla... She is perfect. She is healthy, spunky, intelligent, and definitely a beautiful representation of her breed. We registered her with the AKC and discovered a champion in her bloodline and pure Italian roots and it shows. Our next steps include some sort of training but I am strongly considering whether or not we should do agility or some other sport because our baby is all about the exercise and rolling around. Post sale - I have sent Alyssa pics and asked questions about our girl and she continues to be responsive and really helpful as we transition our home to this new breed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our decision and new family Member, they really are an excellent breeder.

Your Divinek9 offers several types of training (on-leash training, off-leash training, etc.). I opted for the off leash training so I'd have better control over my dog at my parents non-fenced property in the country. My pup can now heel, sit, down wait, stay, come and knows place. She also helped work with him on some trouble areas for me: greeting people, cat manners and brushing. We have a few brush-up appointments (mostly to make sure I'm doing things correctly). Also, the connection Mitzi has with dogs is wonderful. I'm a super over-protective dog momma and she is one of the few people I'd leave my dog with while away and not worry about him. That confidence means the world to me.

The first time I hired her was for my 9 year old Maltese Gracie. I had a gut feeling that we weren't going to have several years together ahead of us so I wanted beautiful photographs of her. I had no idea that only 6 months later I would unexpectedly have to say goodbye to her. That was a dark time but I'm thankful that I had her photographs to help get me through. When I told her about Gracie, well let's just say she showed true humanity and understanding for my loss. I was blown away. I got a Maltipoo named Daphne after loosing Gracie and I knew that I had to have her photograph her. She didn't disappoint and I absolutely adore my photographs.
