I…read morebought iPad and pen from here and by mistake the chap who sold it me ( a nicer sales staff ,not Jack) had given me the wrong pen . I phoned the store and was told I could simply swap it the next day with the correct pen . Next day Friday 13th I returned to the shop to exchange the pen. The staff Jack and his manager were both very grumpy from the start the manager told me the pen was an extra £5 now not considering my return to the shop parking and time . I explained I was told it would be exchanged his reply was I'm not losing a F*,!~ing fiver . you can have your money back you should've bought the right person in the first place. Eventually after a disagreement with The grumpy manager who gave very poor customer service total dishonour to Nathan co as a representative of the company, saw the light eventually and reluctantly let me take the pen at no extra charge but lost the sale of a computer console a PS2 they had in the window I enquired about so I walked across the road shortly after I bought one from Cash converters instead I won't be using the shop again . Plenty of private rooms for confidential applications. There are often quite large queues in the bank, and Monday mornings are best avoided for the average customer, as the queue for shops depositing money can be quite large! Friendly staff, although they do try to sell you their products everytime you use the counter service. A self service deposit machine is available.

It can get busy at lunchtimes and there is often a queue of 10 or so people between 12.30-1.30pmhowever it has 2 cash machines outside and one inside, as well as a rapid deposit machine just inside the door so you can often get away with avoiding the queues. They are doing free annual reviews for all their customers at the moment, so you can pop in when you have time and make sure you're getting the most out of your money - a great service. The bank itself is very dark and dingy inside which is my only complaint - better lighting wouldn't go amiss. Apart from that though, I've always found them really good!

Was interested in moving to a bank that had branches locally which is Halifax. Sadly as my cash has now been designated as criminal money by Halifax Cleveley's I will most definitely not be changing to a branch like this. I do believe that there's a Skipton branch over the road, I'll see if they're interested in my £3000 a month in one of their accounts instead.

I don't usually like things such as self-service checkouts at supermarkets, which effectively rob someone of a job whilst also making the customer do all the work, however these machines are the exception to that rule. The branch is compact but has everything you could need. As you enter there is a paying in machine, an atm, and a machine to print of statements and check your transactions. The counter rarely has more than 2 people working and there is usually 1 person at the desk for queries. Avoid the busy times of mid morning and mid afternoon as you could be waiting for 30minutes just to pay in money. The branch is always clean and tidy and other than there being no ramp it is an adequate branch.

There are steps leading to the branch which is difficult when trying to get a pram up as there is no ramp. It would be impossible for a wheelchair user to access the branch. The doors are also heavy which makes entering the branch difficult. Apart from this, the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is open after closing areas during the hours 8am to 8pm so you can access the ATM machine and the paying in machine which is convenient if you wish to pay in money before or after work when the branch is closed or wish to get a statement for your account.
