I have a FRONTERA and the wife has a PUNTO so as you can imagine we need lots of spare parts. The "Fronty" was running a bit ropey last week so I decided new plugs and HT leads were needed so I rang round as usual and rang these guys last, they were even cheaper than on-line alternatives by at least 20% and I picked them up THE SAME DAY. How can you beat that for service? They also are good at giving advice and will even come outside and listen to your problems (on the car, don't be telling them about your personal problems lol) and help where they can. Car spares is a bit of a murky old world for a lot of people but these guys make it clearer :)

It was the first time I have been in your store and was so impressed with the customer service from a member of your staff that I'm sat here writing to congratulate the effort he put in the making my experience one which I won't forget. He started off buy greeting me with a smile and helping me get the parts for the pump I required and even fitted the part to the pump for me. Then when looking for the correct compressor which was out of stock, but had just been delivered went into stores and fished it out for me even delivered it to my car after paying. I love great customer service and this man exeled himself and I will highly recommend people in the future. I'm not sure if he was the manager his name on the recipet was andy.a, he obviously knows his job well as he knew every problem I threw at him and solved it in great detail. Took my car here to be fixed firstly it had a diagnostic check to find the fault then told me it…read morewas a wheel bearing and would cost £150 to fix so I agreed to pay this and after doing the work supposedly the car was worse and I feel I had just thrown £150 down the drain . On confronting the owner he said I've done wheel bearing but other needs doing (alarm bells start ringing a garage that makes work to earn more money) the owner wasn't interested in fixing my car but for more money which I refused and then he told me to get out of the shop and not come back . I have spoken to 4 other garages who have today told me I have been RIPPED off as a bearing costs maximum £100 fitted so more money ive wasted all customers BEWARE that the service you pay for is the service you get because I certainly didn't will never use these again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone stay well clear of these they will soon be on the tv as rogue traders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a bunch of time wasting pillocks , i have a garage in…read morethe york area that does a lot of restoration work and was pleased to find a local upholstery trimmer instead of having to do it all myself or send it away, so thought i would get a few simple things done to check the workmanship before giving them the tricky expensive jensen interiors spoke on phone told them that i needed some classic car parts trimming new door cards etc and would be a regular thing and what other things i had that would need doing , was told on the phone not a problem just to bring them down so they can see them to give a price, so when i had a little time i went to find them and take the bits, when i eventually found the place (not sign posted) ( i never told him it was me who had rang a few weeks back) they never even bothered to take the bits from my hand say hello or do anything polite just turned round very bluntly and said no we do don't work on old stuff only new cars and modern vehicles !!!!! what the hell are classic car parts if they are not old !! these are very basic upholstery items if they can't make them, then there is something severely wrong with their workmanship. i was going to get a couple of my personal cars done as well but not now unbeknown to them they have just lost out on tens of thousands of pounds of work a year

A few months ago i needed a new exhaust and they bit everyone elses price by over £20 and fitted it instantly for me after i rang up for a quote. They are happy to give a quote if you just pull up which is ahndy as no need to book appointments like other places. Plus with them being right in the town centre is handy and gives you something to do whislt they work on it. For any repairs or parts would definately recommend.
