The car wash cycle did not finish and left my van covered in soap. I was irritated, but did not complain and began to vacuum my van within two minutes the vacuum is done and my partner went in to ask her to turn it back on. She refused and said we needed to pay for the vacuum. (Mind you the vacuum is put together with masking tape.) She refused, so I went in to politely ask for her to turn it back on as it is part of the car wash service. She refused again and told me I needed to pay a dollar. I asked her for her managers name, and she said it was her . I asked her for her supervisor's name and she said it was the owner. I asked for his name and all she would do is give me his first name and said he is out of town. Please do not do business with this awful location. It is run down and they clearly do not appreciate customers.

I didn't even stop here for gas but for air in my tire and Sebastian was the young man who helped me he checked all my tires even though one was visibly low in air . He was so helpful he even offered to do it for me. This is like old school "service station" where you actually get served in a good way . My guy buys all of our propane here and has has also had a great experiences . we've purchased some large bags of ice in the summer and the clerk was super helpful at that time too. With the way gas prices are that could almost be possible but my tank wasn't completely empty so i figured I would get the difference back like when you pre pay for gasoline. When asked if I needed a receipt I said no, big mistake. After the clerk filled the tank I put my gage on and it read as maybe 2/3 full but i've never tested the gauge at full so maybe it just reads a little off. I looked at the pump and it read 1.17 gal pumped and said ok i'll meet you inside for my change and the clerk said that propane was a $25 flat fee. I have been to this gas station before and paid per gallon not a flat fee and of course since I didn't get a receipt I cant really prove anything. Please be wary of this. I called around and propane is just under $4 a gallon and all the places I called in Simi charge you per gallon.
