I have been to this business using their spray wash on my motorcycles for about 30 years now. Always satisfied. Today, for first time ever, I drove my car there and used their vacuum to clean out first and dust from my car's interior. Complete waste of my time and money. Virtually no suction. I checked and the hose had no kinks but even picking up small pieces of dirt or lint and putting it into vacuum nozzle barely sucked it up. Fortunately it was only $2 of my money ($1.50 minimum and I added two extra quarters to get more time). This happened on farthest west vacuum in lot on Saturday at 3PM April 19, 2025. I will never waste my time trying to use these useless vacuums again. However I will continue to spray wash my motorcycles there as that service has always been good. read more

I went there yesterday for the first time and only had $4 dollars to try and rinse my car. Needless to say I ran out of time and then the on site manager gave me $4 dollars worth of coins to finish rinsing the soap off my car. Super nice guy and made sure that I knew how everything worked. Decided to to give C Me Self Car Wash a try since it's nearby and I needed a quick hose down. I was a little skeptical of the negative reviews but upon arrival the bays were as expected. Not filthy but were definitely being used regularly which is to be expected. The price as of today was $3.50 for 4 minutes which isn't the best but I've definitely see worse. The water pressure was decent and unlike other self car washes, the soap actually worked even thought it wasn't foamy. I don't use brushes on my car but I could see they were decent. Overall my experience wasn't extraordinary but it's what you would expect out of a self car wash. I will be coming back. I did have quarters in me so I didn't have to use the credit card or change dispenser machine. read more

New to Simi Valley and love washing my own truck as I feel that no one can ever get it as clean as I can and super impressed that they actually have truck bays that allow me to reach the top of my truck with ease. But unfortunately today while one of the bays was being serviced the two workers they started pressuring me to hurry up so other people could use it asking me how much longer i have and what's left or if I was rinsing it or drying it. My truck was dirty as I was having it serviced and needed to be washed badly but feeling so rushed I left not finishing my bed of the truck still having soap and I honestly will probably never come and just have some one detail it instead or buy the equipment to do it myself and honestly the price wasn't even bad but the customer service was just terrible. read more

This place has gone way down hill! The timers all run fast 10$ didn't even get me 10 mins. The switches are messed up so you don't know what you've actually selected. The product they use seems to be subpar and the hoses and nozzles are always leaking and messed up. Just today there was a brush that had a broken hose laying on the ground. This owner is terrible and needs to either reinvest in his business or sell it to someone that will do right by the community. I sat outside these bays for about 30 minutes this Sunday afternoon since it was pretty busy. Simi Valley, you guys are pretty jerky. I'm not saying that just because I felt bad taking a truck bay, and let the guy with a truck take it. I watched a young man get an attitude because he was told that drying happens outside of the bay (he already took forever washing, like he was on some car wash date), I saw a woman cut off another guy, but then some truck cut her off by grabbing a bay before she did. I don't know, the level in inconsideration by all was so great, I ended up leaving with a dirty car. Not everyone has a driveway to wash their cars, and not everyone likes the car wash machines. This is the only place in Simi for those people, but someone always has to ruin it for others. ONE STAR FOR THESE CUSTOMERS I went back on a weekday when there were less people. This place has heated water and the scrubbers are actually natural (so don't use them in your greasy tires) fibers. I started coming here as a highschooler and loved it having all the different options. I unfortunately stopped coming because of the faulty card readers, until recently. I found that they have been replaced along with the brushes and hot water. Now I bring all my cars/RV/trailers here especially with the 5ft long brush in the RV bay. I bumped into the owner today; he told me about the business and how much work he's put into it. He was a great guy to talk to but was a bummer to hear how much clean-up he has to do after other people. Was a pretty decent spot 2yrs ago. Has 2 bays with stairs to get to the tops of bigger trucks. But in the last 6-7 months they seem to have stopped maintaining the actual equipment. Go to location for a quick, efficient car wash. Nothing fancy here, straightforward self service car wash. For the most part, I have had no issues (there is one damaged pay machine). The spray wands, solutions, foam brush, etc all work as intended. Plenty of space to dry and vacuum if necessary. Now let's get to the car wash itself. The CC is designed to take as much money as possible. If you don't know how they work, you're probably effed already. (It's up to you to hit that tiny "stop" button and read the convoluted directions... That is, if they even work that day. If you're luck and they work, haha good luck washing your car. You maybe be spraying tire degreaser instead of soap, but you'll never know because it's impossible to know which soap selection you've made. Now, if you've made it this far, and you successfully get anything to work, be sure to bring a raincoat or umbrella because all the piping leaks mysteriously hot greasy liquids directly on top of you. Great little spot here in Simi Valley to those who like to wash their own car. I know I do.I enjoy coming here only because the different amenities that this location has to offer in regard to maintaining and cleaning your car. The one thing that really stood out was the water pressure was great. The cost is $3.00,so worth the additional 50 cents. The other key thing was the Vacuum's also where very good. They also have a machine that will clean and dry your car mats,smart and cool machine. Plenty of lighting if you prefer to do your car at night and also the location never closes. Honestly was upset that bay #3 didn't accept my card, tried two different bays and still was unable to use my card. At this point, don't offer card as a payment method if the machines aren't going to work. Left to pull cash out which is fine, noted for next time. However, after putting cash in one bay the water would not spray at all! No one onsite to ask for any assistance. Decided to move my car to next bay and was successful in washing my car. Once I drove to the vacuums straight ahead.. of course after putting $2 in quarters the vacuums did not come on! At this point it's been a very unpleasant time trying to wash my car. I don't wanna leave a horrible review because the guy seemed nice enough, but damn bro, your car wash sucks. Try figuring out their bill/token/quarter system. I put a $5 in and got some $1 tokens and some quarters. Now I have a pocket of unusable tokens. I just bought new floor mats next door at O'Reilly's and wanted a clean floor to put them on. I'm not a construction worker with mud and tar, I hade some crumbs and loose December dirt. The vacuum wasn't strong enough to pick up anything, it just slowly pushes your dirt around the floor. I look for a worker, NOPE. Just a phone number on one of the busiest car cleaning weekends of the year a week before Christmas traveling. I call and the guy was nice and said his brother could come out or he can Zelle me a refund, but it wasn't about the $5 or the $1.50. I worked almost 70 hours this week M-F and carved out this 2 hour window to do all my chores. He tells me, "The next closest self-service car wash is in Thousand Oaks or SFV." So then I start thinking, "Isn't that more of a reason to have a bad ass car wash!?' Dude has a 20 mile monopoly on the self-service car wash game and is satisfied with sub-mediocrity. I was in a gas station the other day and they had garbage for snack selection, but had Chinese off-brand mermaid Barbie dolls on the shelf with the snacks. One stall was not working lost $1 got stuck then got to a working wash and the pressure of the water is really weak I get better results washing my car at home. Also the pressure with soap gives you no soap waste of time. And $.25 cents will get you 20 second extra. read more

(Would only take 1of the 5 5$ bills I had) and then the smell that came out of the Vacuum almost made me get sick. (GROSS) I should have left then, But I didn't and drove into the car wash bay and it smelled like a septic tank!
