These cookies incorporate sourdough discard, lemon, white chocolate, and a hint of coconut, resulting in a sweet and tangy flavor profile. They are a popular, all-natural treat. I asked her (assumed manager) what time does the place close. She said 10pm. I asked another question: "What time is it?" She looked at her clock and said, "9:40." Now, we aren't messy eaters, nor disrespectful. We would have eaten our sandwiches in peace, cleaned up after ourselves, and left by 10pm. Because I didn't comprehend what I just heard, I recapped, "It is 9:40 and you close at 10. Why?" She blatantly replied, "We have to mop and clean."
