We order quite a bit from here. We live on the outskirts of Dinuba and when delivered it's always hot and delicious, however tonight's order wasn't up to par, not the usual. The chicken habanero sandwich was great but the Philly cheesesteak sandwich I felt was left in the oven a little longer than needed. Quality check did not check the quality tonight. Granted it is Memorial Day weekend but I pre-ordered. We will still be loyal customers but tonight wasn't great. read more

First time we ordered Domino's they where new to Dinuba we went ham !back then it was 5$ each so we ordered everything wanna say 10-15 items was the WORST nothing was right u would think at least 1 would be ok but ALL never went back .. but tonight wanted give them a chance 4/5 yrs later I'm impressed was really good yummy !! $15, sounds like nothing, right? Add another $10 to it and then multiply that by 4 times in a month. Now multiply that by 12 months. Add about another 10 occasional times that I may have walked in during the year to purchase for others. That's how much business you guys lost tonight. This is my new go-to for pizza delivery. They are pretty fast and the pizza and sides are very tasty. I really appreciate the online ordering they provide. My family got domino's for dinner and a few hours later my father is throwing up and can't stand for the past 30 minutes!

I've been here a couple of times and the pizza is always good but how the hell do you, one of the most popular pizza places in this town, not have change for a $50. What would've been the solution if none of the businesses around had been open? The total was 13 and some change and as a person who works in food service not having 37 in the register is bad management. If a customer came up to the register and you don't have enough change call your goddamn manager and get change. Dominos is not a family owned shop it's commercial so get your shit together. read more

we've had awful experiences with this place in the past but most recently we ordered to this restaurant through their app and they charged us and promptly informed us that there was an error and to contact the restaurant, who then told us there's nothing they can do and we will have to hope the money magically reappears who knows when, in the most unhelpful way imaginable as they had no suggestions for me and made me explain myself multiple times to multiple staff members who clearly had a "not my problem" attitude from the start. i recommend the me n eds not far from here, always takes care of us regardless of any issue we've ever had there read more

We get pizza delivered from this location about once a week. They always get out order correct and the drivers are really nice! Even when they get lost trying to get to our house they are still friendly and smiling! That's awesome! Hard to find. The is the worst meal I've had in a very long time. I realize that I shouldn't expect much from Dominos but really...I ordered a chicken Alfredo, but I didn't realize that I ordered the Alfredo without the chicken and damn near without the pasta. When I called the Saturday manager to complain , I got some automaton who spoke as if the corporate profits depended on him not doing the right thing. He didn't even try to correct the situation. His only response was we weigh the pasta. I noticed he didn't mention the chicken. If I could give them no stars i would. I called at 10:00 AM and ordered a pizza. I talked to a guy namesd Richard, he said it would take 30 mins. 50 minutes go by and I called no pick up. They ended up closing at 12 didn't call me nothing or bring my pizza. Never ordering here again. read more

Horrible horrible service. Had us waiting over an hour for a large pizza and when it eventually arrived it was cold!! Called to speak to the manager and she hangs up the phone, whoever is in charge of hiring definitely needs to do a better job at adding rude employees to their staff!
