In the end he suggested we use mini splits which saves us over a thousand dollars upfront as well as utilities cost as we only need cool one room when it's being used. One of the units had issues after a week and when we called him back, he came right out no questions asked and fixed it. He didn't charge us a dime and it's been working great since! The second time we called was when our heater went out. He came out and first looked to see if he could fix it. When he couldn't, he didn't just say yup it's broken, he showed me the problem and explained in detail what's wrong and why it needs to be replaced. Again the process was the same as last time. Gave me options and up front pricing. Explained each unit never steering me toward one product. It was a cold week and he squeezed us in 2 days and offered to let us use space heaters until it was installed. Lastly he cleans up his mess. We had actually called someone else when looking to add A/C and had them clean out our vents and they left a huge mess and lost 2 big jobs. Barwick wont do that to you. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.

We were so pleased with the whole experience with this company, from the estimate from Bryce, the install by Dustin one day and two other men the 2nd day to the final paperwork with Shaun who knows everything about anything HVAC related. The people showed up on time and were friendly and very helpful. They helped answer our questions which must have seemed endless at times. We had great concerns about the price of replacing two total units, but they gave us a fair price and we were able to find good financing for this. The only negative thing that I would mention is in the ad that we saw, it said 5 year financing available and while we were wanting to go this route, we were informed that the estimate was based on a cash deal, not with financing. So they should explain this up front, because most people don't have several thousand dollars available to hand out for such expenses. Overall, we are very pleased with this company and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have HVAC service. However, on the scheduled date, when the technicians arrived to assess the property to report back to Brad, I was met with confusion. On Saturday morning, Brad called to inform me that a gas line could not be installed in a specific area. I trusted his expertise and pointed out that I wasn't knowledgeable about these matters. However, he then claimed that I had requested an additional work to the quote, called "line height," which I had never hear of this and don't know what line height is technicians that came out. Suggested this. Never did agreed and didn't even understand. I took a week off work, flew into Utah on Thursday to meet with technicians to do it over. Look on the property. and was prepared to start the job on Monday, but everything fell apart. Brad was not only agitated but also dismissed my legitimate questions and wrongfully accused me of being aggressive when I sought clarification. I made it clear that if he couldn't honor the commitment made, I would find another provider. Despite his promise to call me Monday morning after meeting with his team, he failed to follow through. Frustrated, I reached out at noon and spoke to Ginger, requesting to speak with the owner, Shawn Keith Gillett. She assured me that a manager would call, yet no one returned my call. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not recommend Gillett Heating and Air to anyone, and I am determined to share my experience on social media to alert others about their lack of reliability and professionalism. The first time he came, my son (he was 12) followed him everywhere and asked a jillion questions. Sinjun answered every question and treated him with patience, respect and kindness. Sinjun recently replaced our furnace and AC unit and did a stellar job. He is reasonably priced, clean, and left our home better than he found it. Highly recommend!

Raven Ridge was quick and to the point, literally saving us over a thousand dollars. Raven Ridge will be the only HVAC company I call. Not to mention, a new system installation was quoted at half the price.
