We have a dryer that would keep shutting off prematurely no matter the level of heat or type of load. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. Disappointing experience. This review isn't based on the quality of work, since I never actually received any service, so I didn't feel a one-star rating was fair. It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out. read more

My AC stopped working, and I hired At Your Service to install a new furnace in my home today. Immediately after installing it, we noticed that no cold air was coming from the AC, and the thermostat was showing an error. When I told the installer this, he told me that it was likely "always like that." NO, I told him, it most certainly was not always like that. He continued to gaslight me, rather than fixing the problem he created. He left the house without fixing the issue, and our AC is still not working. This is despite the fact that we paid literally THOUSANDS of dollars to them to fix the AC today. To gaslight your clients who are paying you tons of money to perform a service, and to not complete the project, is unethical and so obviously just plain wrong. They came back at $875.00 I was floored, this job should take one or two hours and maybe $100.00 in materials, I told them to go away. I had a water leak so gave them a try after hours. Came right over fast. The plumbing is the old steel pipes that had the threads striped, could not unscrew because of the age. Hired a competitor to come inspect my A/C. The competitor told me I needed a new HVAC system and quoted me $11k for the system and install. Called several other companies including At Your Service Pros to get a bid. At Your Service Pros was the best company across the board. The inspector found several things that other companies didn't even notice (e.g. the air return vent had no duct connected to return the air from the vent to the system). I have a home warranty and found out they no longer had a contracted company in Utah, so they let me find an out of network company to work with. I'm from Hawaii. We have no idea what furnaces do. Haha. We just moved here in July and adjusted to the scorching summer heat. Then we bought a house in early December and the first weekend we had the keys in hand, the furnace broke! I was alone, right after the 2nd snowstorm of the season, and it broke the next morning. I didn't know who to call! I went on Yelp and found the most local company I could find, with the shortest response time, and the highest stars. I was so scared bc the temperature was dropping quickly. It was 50 degrees in the house and it was getting late. I called At Your Service Pros and they answered immediately. I explained what I thought could have been happening with my heat and the gentleman walked me thru some simple troubleshooting. I was so scared bc I was so unfamiliar with all of this furnace business, but he was patient and helpful. He sent one of his techs out and they arrived about an hour later. They were professional, kind, and empathetic. They made some suggestions which mirrored the advice we got from our home inspector. The whole furnace needed to be replaced. We knew it would need replacing eventually, but not the FIRST weekend we moved in! He made some suggestions and told us we could contact their business for a free quote to replace it. Our home warranty - did NOT help. That is another story for another day. We decided to fork out the money to get it replaced after they gave us a reasonable quote. The installation was scheduled 2 days later and they offered to give us space heaters if we needed it. We didn't need to use it after the initial temporary fix the first tech made. The installation took all day. They had to work around some design issues so it took a little longer than they thought it would. After they were done we paid by check. We were in a bind and spoke with the owners about payment options and they were so flexible. We greatly appreciate all this company did for us. Can't find a better company! Our elderly parents on hospice in their home had the AC go out at on Sunday morning at 10am, and already 90 degrees outside. We had the unfortunate experience of having our 23 year old AC finally poop out on us during a hot June. We looked around for a good company and ended up calling AYSP to come take a look at it. Jeremy showed up soon after and unfortunately let us know that our AC had had a good long life.
