I own a 22‑year‑old car that has always been garaged and very well taken care of. I contacted ClearBra to have the old Clear Bra film removed, but both locations refused. They told me I "didn't take care of" the Clear Bra and wouldn't even attempt the removal. It was a beautiful day, so when I got home to Las Vegas, I decided to carefully try peeling it off myself -- and it came right off without any issue. I contacted the business to let them know, expecting a more professional response. Instead, the owner, Dan, said: "Great! Now what do you want me to do?" I explained that I didn't want to drive the car unprotected back to St. George and asked if they could send someone down (only about a two‑hour drive). Dan told me it would "cost him $10,000" to do that and refused, telling me to find somewhere else to get the work done -- even saying he would pay for it elsewhere. If his product and service were truly as high‑quality as advertised, why would he send me to another company instead of standing behind his own work? When I pressed for an explanation, he raised his voice at me. That kind of unprofessional reaction from a business owner is unacceptable. ClearBra's refusal to even try to help, the dismissive attitude, and the owner's aggressive tone made this an especially frustrating experience. I expected a company that prides itself on quality and customer service to show integrity and professionalism -- neither of which I received.

A month later a second crack, about 8" again, showed up on the other side, again never hit anything. I called after the first crack and the lady told me stress cracks like I described only happen within 24 hours so a rock must have hit it without me noticing. I asked if she'd give me a discount on a new windshield and she said no. Don't try to save $100 dollars going with Nobody because you'll get cheep glass that will crack. Oh and both cracks spread and now cover entire windshield.
