I waited a few minutes, nobody came in, the guy in the office started talking on his phone. TEN MINUTES I stood there with an occasional "Hello?". Bupkis. I finally gave up (what else could I do?) and left. Went to Precision Auto Glass nearby and they helped me IMMEDIATELY. Took them less time for my repair than the time I stood alone at Valley glass looking like a fool.

Dylan quoted a flat fee for the first chip and a minor cost for additional chips. They also offered mobile service which was very convenient. We booked a time over email for them to come and perform the repair. They arrived right on time, and both Dylan and Trevin were there. Trevin greeted me and started the work. I had a second small chip that they agreed to fix as well. They worked fairly fast and did a great job making both chips disappear. There was only a minor blemish visible at both chip locations. They were upfront with an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. If I used cash, there would not be additional costs. When we were settling up for payment, Dylan said he would not charge me for the second chip as it was small. I agreed to pay cash and felt very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend Pro One for great service and fair pricing.

I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs!
