This is the second time I have used this moving service. I thought I would give them a chance to make up for being super slow the first time, my mistake. One of the guys was the same one as my first move. At least five times, I caught him sitting in the truck on his phone (and not just for a minute or two). The move ended up costing $200 more than I was quoted despite not moving ANY living room furniture and only half of the second bedroom. I tend to be a forgiving person, but this was the last time. In addition, that same guy was really polite when he showed up, but apparently ended up in a bad mood and wasn't nice to anyone until it was time to leave. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The moving company was supposed to come between 12-2PM on Saturday on March 4th. At 2:07PM I received a phone call from a man who stated they were at the Burger King and would be another 45 Mins late. I waited.....at 4:10PM I received another phone call from a different man that stated he finished a job in Glenpool (25 mins from my house) and was on his way. They arrived and didn't have any wardrobe boxes even though I had ordered 8 of them. They immediately started complaining about how they did not want to do the job and they were mad about how much stuff I had. The did not pad anything even though I asked multiple times. They ruined MOST of my furniture. I texted with the manager constantly during the move with updates on the damage, and he said they would take care of it. My BRAND NEW $2000 washer/dryer set was scratched all on the front, large dents on the top and sides. I took picture of everything and I was told it would be handled. James the manager came out and took pictures and told me he would replace the washer and dryer. The next day, the owner ANDREW WILSON text with me back and forth. He called my husband and I liars, complainers and that we did not have a legitimate complaint. He said that I could sue him but I wouldn't win and he knows that courts don't do anything. I HAVE THIS IN WRITING!!!! HE BRAGGED ABOUT HOW COURT DOESN'T ALLOW text messages as evidence. AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THIS IN WRITING. I called the corporate in Canada and while they were nice to me NOTHING WAS DONE. BEWARE ANDREW WILSON does not stand behind his company. For the record, I moved with them twice in 2016 as I sold my home and was purchasing a new home. I spent $897 in May 2016 and 475 in July 2016 without a single complaint. So this move in March 2017 was a total nightmare. Andrew said that it proves nothing that I moved with him twice before and just all the sudden became a "complainer". WARNING DO NOT USE "You Move Me" for your move! They use deceptive methods to lure people in. I was lied to and OVERCHARGED by $500! I called and requested a quote for my move giving the scheduler the addresses where I was moving from, where I was moving to, and what sized house I would be moving from; however, everything was already boxed up and in storage, ready to go. I was quoted a very competitive price (which I questioned at the time because it was lower than the other quotes I had received from various moving companies I called) but was assured by the scheduler had a "cheat sheet" that she could use to determine the approximate cost and it was a reliable estimate. So I went with this company. On my moving day, I was told that van would arrive between 8 and 10. The movers (2 young men) arrived at 9:30 and immediately informed me that they are paid by the hour. I explained that I had called ahead and was told approximately what the move should cost. The man repeated himself and said the quote wasn't guaranteed. At that point I should have just cancelled the move but because I had already made arrangements with others, I felt like I had no other choice but to continue. I immediately noticed that only one of the men actually worked, the other stood in the van talking on his cell phone. So of course it took them forever to load the van, then once it was loaded, they told me they were going to lunch and would meet me at the house later. They arrived an hour later than me and when I asked where they stopped for lunch, they said they didn't stop, they drove straight here. Then again, one unloaded everything while the other stood in the van talking on his phone. Finally, when they finished, I was presented with my bill which was $500 more than the quote. I was furious and called the manager/owner and was told that quotes aren't guaranteed (and that the movers told me that when they arrived that morning, regardless of what the scheduler had quoted me) and I would in fact have to pay the additional $500 but he would knock off $14 for boxes (of course everything was already in boxes before the movers arrived so I never should have been charged for boxes anyway). I am furious that I was lied to and then cheated and I plan to share my experience with everyone I ever meet that is planning a move. I would give "You Move Me" zero stars if it were possible. read more

Jermaine and Deshawn were great! They showed up exactly at 12:00 for the 12-2 window I was given despite me being in Bartlesville and them having another move earlier in the morning. They did exactly what I asked and took great care of my furniture during the move. They worked hard during the whole move and got the whole thing done in about 2 and a half hours. I would recommend both Jermaine and Deshawn to anyone moving around the Tulsa area! read more

Please be very careful before you choose this company. We recently used them and were given an estimate with plus or minus 20%. The movers were two hours late and sowed up in a rented Penske truck with no air conditioning (temperature outside over 100 degrees). The long and short of it was that nothing on their ad was accurate. To top that off, the move took all day for a one bedroom apartment. The cost turned out to be almost twice the cost of the estimate that we were given. The company tried to explain it away. We could not work out anything with them. We finally filled a dispute with our credit card company. Then the owner of the Broken Arrow branch called and threatened to sue us. He told us that he would win the dispute despite the paperwork. He called us several times a day almost every day for weeks. Finally he came up with an agreement that we were willing to settle for. Our advice would be if you want an honest company, DO NOT use this one! read more

I contacted these Tulsa Movers after checking Yelp and I couldn't be happier. Although I only moved two bedrooms and a living room my furniture was heavy and bulky. The service guys provided extraordinary service and worked hard to get oversized furniture through doorways safely and without incident. Karise (sp?) gave me with a quote based on information I provided via the telephone. I needed far more help than I realized and it DID change the price. But I believe the price was fair based on the work and time they spent working and I stayed with them every minute. I don't have enough good things to say about these guys. We moved in May with this company. We had an in-person quote and were told it would include ward robe boxes and assembly/disassembly. When the movers arrived, they said they needed more than 3 people for our move so they tacked on additional $$ for the 4th person. They had one wardrobe box so then I was running around trying to find boxes to throw all our kids clothing into as they said not to pack those. Then, they charged us additional to move certain items which was not disclosed in the quote. The move with 4 men took 13 hours which our quote was for 11 hours for 3 men so way under-quoted. It was not the guys fault that loaded and unloaded us but the supervisor who did the quote named Andrew. He under-quoted us. We would have used a different moving company because we ended up paying over $1200 over moving quote. They also disassembled my desk into pieces when i told them to only take the back off as I moved it by myself with just the backing off while pregnant! They left it in pieces in my study at the new house and I had to find instructions to put it back together and I was missing 6 screws which we had to go buy at Lowes so I could put it back together. When they unloaded the items, nothing was put in the rooms where they belonged. I had boxes for the kitchen in my kids rooms etc. I had written on every side of the boxes in large letters where everything went. I would never use this moving company as they charge by the hour and give you a great quote but then the rate is greatly increased. Aweful company. read more

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! My crew was Victor, DeShaun, Matt, Jay, Caleb, & Cruise. Really nice guys! They were on time, respectful, efficient and even put in a 10-hour day with no A/C (thermostat said 95°!). I will definitely use them again if I have another move. read more

If you are like me, I would rather run through a forest fire buck naked and barefooted than move. It is such an emotional experience because your leaving behind some things that just don't get packed, memories. Then top that with "something is gonna get broke"!!! Then when you gather up your courage, marshal your best buddies, so they can share the pain, it is still so overwhelming. Here is the solution, call You Move Me. Don't bother calling anyone else. I had a team of three, they were Zach, Matthew and Aaron. Zach was the awe-inspiring seasoned pro, team leader. Aaron, the youngster, who was being trained by Zach, and they made a single unit padding and shrink wrapping, like they could read each other's mind. Matt is the master of time and space. As if he had this calculator in his head. He would carefully inspect a room full of the pieces that had been prepared for loading and snap to. He got everything on the truck just perfect. Matt is a wisp of a young man, but I saw him single handed pick up a Lane recliner throw it on his shoulder and march up the ramp of the truck and gently set it down preciously where he wanted it. I have some precious pieces, antiques, heirlooms and some very special items that had too many memories in them to part with. Nothing was harmed. They treated everything as if it were own. They even padded tight corners and the door frames they were going through. One word for the service provided from my first call to the job ending well done. "Perfect" It was as good as it gets.
