I have mixed feelings about my experience with All My Sons. I booked a move for my 85-year-old grandmother on Friday after being assured they could complete the move on Saturday. I was told I would receive a confirmation call, but never did. When I called the next day, I learned they had my phone number entered incorrectly. We completed the confirmation over the phone, and I was told the move was still scheduled. The move window was between 12 PM and 4 PM. After waiting for hours, I had to call multiple times for updates. First, I was told the truck was stuck and waiting for a tow. Later, after spending most of my day waiting near the storage unit, I was finally informed around 6 PM that the move would not happen and would need to be rescheduled for the next morning. The movers who arrived on Sunday were excellent. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and respectful throughout the move. When a piece of glass was damaged during the move, they immediately took responsibility and went out of their way to have a replacement cut before continuing. Their customer service and effort were appreciated. My frustration is with the scheduling and communication from the company. I lost an entire day waiting, had to repeatedly call for updates myself, and was not informed until late in the day that the move would not be happening as scheduled. Moving an elderly family member is stressful enough without spending hours wondering whether the movers are coming. The final bill was just over $1,000 for an 11-mile move from a storage unit to an apartment. While I understand moving services are expensive, the cost made the communication and scheduling issues even more disappointing. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was scheduled as the second move of the day, but the crew didn't arrive until nearly 7:00 PM and didn't finish until around 2:30 AM. There was zero proactive communication about the delay, which made it incredibly difficult to plan--especially as a single parent managing a full move. This timeline severely impacted my children as well. I have kids, including a teenager who works, and none of us were able to get proper sleep because the move went so late into the night. It wasn't just inconvenient--it disrupted our entire household. Despite having a three-person crew, the move was extremely slow and inefficient. I definitely do NOT recommend this business. I recently scheduled a move with this company for 8:00 AM. They did not show up until six (6) hours later and then threatened to cancel the move because when I was asked "how are you today?", I replied "angry". The driver was very rude initially, threatened to cancel the move and then called his manager. I used NO foul language, simply answered the question honestly because I WAS angry. Also they did not do a good job of placing items moved. Everything was marked as to where it should go but they covered it up with their wrappings so had not idea where it should go when it arrived at the new address. Get a firm firm firm quote I was quoted Max $800 maybe 850 it was $1506 for a two bedroom house no appliances except for washer and dryer unbelievable $700 more than what I was quoted. I recommend getting a firm written quote or use somebody else. The two gentlemen that moved my stuff did a wonderful job the manager of the business and the people that represented are absolute horrible managers, and people that give quotes need to go back to school. We were paying cash since my. checking account had been compromised. the movers arrived and no idea what ut was going to cost. we were unaware that every roll of shrink wrap, rolls of tape, boxes used to secure shrink wrap, and nber of furnitures were being used were charged along with the truck and number of men assigned to move us. Did a walk-through through the house and showed him everything that needed to be loaded onto the truck. He said that he was only informed to move a dining room table, washer and dryer and bedroom set. That he was not told that he would have to move 20 boxes. so they refuse to move me and said the reason was I had too many cats and it smelt like weed and cats. Charge me $184 for them showing up and doing nothing. Driver stated he was unable to do that move because it is too late and he does not have enough workers. I am a non-confrontational person so I paid the people and waited for them to call me with a reschedule. Next day they come 930 in the morning four guys unload everything within an hour. For some reason, the issues that transpired the day before were no longer issues I have came to the conclusion that I paid extra $184 because the company low comprehension skills was unable to provide me with the right amount of people at the right time. So unless you were looking to be bamboozled, I would suggest not to work with these people . Even after calling and explaining very calmly and respectful to management the situation, they still said it was my fault. The workers that I had today, I will not name because I do not want them to be reprimanded due to telling the truth. But they had also stated that they did not deal with any conditions that were stated at the day before by the previous driver, they had no issues and they were confused why the person canceled the order. Also, another worker stated that the driver I had the day before always refuse to work. So I've spent over $1500 for this company to move a 500 square foot unit. If you were looking for quality movers, I would suggest Bison moving in Tulsa or American national movers. I do not like writing negative reviews. After talking with management and the movers I was not happy with the service provided by management. To start off with they took about 4 times longer than stated estimate. Therefore the cost was about 4 times more than estimate. They damaged several items when wrapping and banged several items of furniture. My move took place a couple of days before Thanksgiving in 2025. It has taken this long to write because I was so infuriated. They had to come back the next day because it got too late the night before. Unfortunately, our move with AMS in 2025 went terrible. The crew was awful. They made more of a mess for us. Moving companies are supposed to make moving easier. The Crew turned a 8 drawers of my jewelry armoire upside down! They took some item's apart & DID NOT put back together. I need to have my office Chair cleaned. If you label where boxes go, they'll still unload in wrong rooms. And locally, they charge 16% of labor. $485 fuel for 10 to 12 total miles. I do not recommend using All My Sons movers. My experience with them was terrible. They quoted an original price for a cross country move based on photos of my condo from previous for sale listings. They never did an on site visit to take into consideration my basement storage area. They only use small trucks, not "moving vans" size trucks. As a result, a "guaranteed"$12,000 cross country move ended up costing $16,000 when they added a second truck. The removal and unloading of our household goods at our new home was borderline criminal. They allocated 10 hours to remove our household goods from storage and move into our destination home at our new address , which should have been more than adequate. I trusted them to do the removal of our household goods from storage unsupervised, and the promise of 4 hours to remove and load our household goods on their trucks to take to our new home turned into 7 hours!! Leaving only 3 hours of their allotted 10 hours to unload, unwrap, and place our household goods into our new home. Their "move in" crew was a nightmare. They didn't unwrap anything, leaving it up to us to remove the protective wrapping. They put our mattresses in the garage, rather than taking them to the bedroom and assembling our bed as promised. When we went out from unwrapping the furniture to check on their progress we found their 4 person unloading and move into our destination crew sitting down by the trucks doing nothing. As a result, our allotted 10 hours to unload, unwrap and move our goods time allotment ended and we were told that we needed to pay another close to $300 per hour for them to continue. Given their terrible performance, we told them to go, leaving most of our household goods untouched in our garage, and forcing us to pay for a local moving company to finish the job that they failed to do. I scheduled a move of furniture from my office to my home. They called at 6:41 AM and said I would be their second job. I called them at 3:00 to find out their driver was "injured" on the first job and they were looking for another driver. I called again at 6:00 and the manager said he was canceling my move and refunding my deposit. I told him I didn't want to cancel, I wanted to reschedule, but he did anyway. I called again the next day to find out their driver was hospitalized and the moving truck was no longer usable. I don't know where to even begin. Avoid moving with this company at all costs. When you call, they tell you an hourly rate but don't disclose multiple hidden fees, and I'm also left with broken furniture. I moved a little over 20 miles from a 2-bedroom house, and the move took 2 hours and 45 minutes. The total was $1243.49, and I'm left with broken furniture and having to further deal with this nightmare of a company to be reimbursed for it. Someone named Fletcher said $199 would be reimbursed after I noticed the labor costs charged for an extra hour, so keep an eye out for that. If they refund it, it will have been $1044.59 to move 20 miles in under 3 hours. They charged: - $199 for a travel charge (20 miles) - $151.24 for gas (20 miles) - $147 for packing materials (they don't allow you to opt-out of this and don't tell you this when scheduling, then give you a whole sales pitch on why they do it and then lied about the pricing for said materials, initially saying it would be $75) Then they still managed to break my wood furniture, and now I have to submit a claim with them to be reimbursed for the damages they caused. Again, the total to move a 2-bedroom house from Broken Arrow to Owasso was $1243.49 ($1044.59 if they refund me for being overcharged for labor). I spoke to Fletcher for my "confirmation" and then again after the move when I realized how much I had actually been charged for packing materials and labor. He lied and attempted to tell me that he had never said it would be $75 for packing materials, just for the "shrink wrap" (he didn't. He told me it would be $75 for them to wrap everything and not once did he mention it could be more). He then continued to argue with me and tell me that he never said that and that I asked him how much shrink wrap was (I didn't). This company is sales-based rather than customer service-based. I've never had a worse experience moving. They don't care. They aren't transparent at all about hidden fees, they take their time moving, still manage to break furniture, and then overcharge and argue with you when you express concern. My family hired AMS to move us from Oklahoma to Texas. We paid for packing and for the full replacement insurance. Being retired military, I have extensive experience working with commercial movers. Never have I experienced the degree of negligence exhibited by the employees of AMS. Specific issues started with packing. AMS packers informed us they didn't have the correct number of boxes (which we paid for). They also claimed they didn't have the required packing material. Because of this, many items were damaged. In order to complete the packing, they used our garbage/trash bags to pack things in and used multiple rolls of our paper towels as padding. They also used our towels and bedding instead of furniture pads. Multiple dishes and glassware were not wrapped or placed in the required Dish-packs. None of the hanging items for the wardrobe boxes was hung. They simply took hanging clothing, coats and dresses and placed on the bottom of the box. They also threw multiple of items such as shoes and bathroom decorations on top of the hanging clothes at the bottom of the wardrobe boxes. Also, the wardrobe boxes were not closed on top because of being overstuffed. When we questioned this the movers said that they had to do it that way because they didn't have enough boxes. Multiple pieces of framed artwork and mirrors were placed in unpadded boxes without any padding between them The boxes were not closed and the tops were left open. Fragile furniture was not padded and was simply plastic wrapped. Flat screen televisions were not put into proper boxes. The legs were left on and they taped cardboard on the front and back. This is NOT the standard for moving a flat screen TV. Our washing machine was not drained and the drum was not secured. It was not wrapped or padded and neither was the dryer which was laid on its side. In my experience this packing job was not performed in an accepted professional manner consistent with industry standards. I was also told this by the leader of the team that delivered our stuff. He said that he couldn't believe how things were packed and that it was wrong. He said he could not understand how this happened and it was inexcusable. To make matters even worse, the packing crew was smoking marijuana on my property with my wife and 12 yo daughter present. PEOPLE DRIVING A TRUCK? How does that happen? Our move required 3 trucks. The first 2 seemed to be packed in an organized manner although none of the items were secured. Furniture wasn't secured or padded to protect from other items and wall of the truck. Flat screen TV were wedged between other furniture and boxes and not padded. The third truck was a different story. Items were tossed in a big pile, not padded, not secured. It looked like a trash heap. Electronics, decorative items, stuff from the garage were tossed on the pile. When we questioned this, the foreman told us that they would unload and repacked everything appropriately once they got back to the Tulsa storage facility. When the trucks arrived in Texas, none of the items in the third truck were repacked or wrapped. Multiple items in this pile were damaged. I have pictures of this truck prior to unloading. The delivery team then just piled things in the driveway including a surround sound receiver, Sound bar and a Blu-ray player. I have pictures of this as well. To compound things, the delivery team was trying to bring a couch upstairs and scraped and put 3 large holes in the wall going up the stairway. To add insult to injury, the lead mover pressured me to tip his team. I said they worked hard and I was planning on tipping. He then told me that they expected $200 each. I said I was planning on $100 but he said their work was worth more than that because it was hot and they worked a long day. Out of guilt I gave them $150 each. I found this blatant solicitation to be inappropriate, unprofessional and offensive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! we filed a claim for our damaged items totaling over $17,000. The company offered to pay us $1600 from the insurance we bought. The insurance cost us $1500 mind you, so basically we are receiving $100 for our damaged property. This message is for the management, not the movers. You damaged my furniture to the amount 0f $4,800.+ I sent you 20 pages in my claim with detailed pictures of the scrapes and gashes they did during the move. They also had me sign endless waivers, I guess, although there was no time to read it, or even see it. They just held up a pad with the area for me to sign. They asked if I wanted insurance, and I said, yes, $10,000. After the move, they told me that wasn't insurance, but I still have no idea what it was. They offered me $425, yes hundred, not thousand and told me if I didn't sign it with 7 days and no hours, they would cancel it, and they did, to the minute. I thought it was worth losing $425 to let everyone know NOT TO USE "ALL MY SONS" for any of their services. I'm now sitting here with near $5,000 of damage to my furniture. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY! If there was an option for zero stars, that is what they would get. My boyfriend booked this moving company one month in advance for the day before his apartment move-out date, paid the deposit, and thought everything was set. However, this company completely failed to schedule the move, leaving him scrambling at the last minute. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered to either reschedule or reimburse the deposit. No attempt was made to fix their mistake and he was forced to reschedule, incurring extra expenses as he had to pay the apartment complex for the additional days he had to wait. When the new moving date finally arrived, he received a call that the driver had COVID and they wouldn't be available for additional 2 days with no alternate driver. Once again, there was no real effort to make things right--just another offer to reschedule or reimburse the deposit. When they were asked about reimbursing the apartment fees due to their delay, they refused. This company is unreliable and unprofessional with a total lack of any sense of responsibility. Requesting their services actually incurred financial loss from apartment fees after putting my boyfriend off after they didn't bother to show up when booked well in advance, not to mention the unnecessary stress of scrambling to find anyone we knew who would be willing to help move as he was facing a move-out deadline that had already passed thanks to this company. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. We will never request this company's services again and strongly advise others to stay away. And noone is fooled by the generic "response from the owner" to save face thanking us for "the opportunity to learn and improve" because this does not reflect your goal of "quality customer service and satisfaction" when clearly that is not happening. Horrific experience! Can I give a -1? Two guys showed up, one was huffing on his Albuterol inhaler after the 2nd thing they lifted. The other had absolutely no experience moving anything! I had to show them how to spin a recliner through a 32" doorway. I'm 62, I hauled more than they did in the 2 hours they were there. They fumbled around wasting time, talking on the phone, wrapping items I had wrapped. After 2 hours they were not 1/2 loaded and I only had 16 items. They have cameras in the trucks. Their supervisor called me to chastise me for going on the truck and grabbing blanket; I guess he missed a few minutes earlier when I wheeled a dresser up there, by myself. I lost my cool! I told him his PROFESSIONAL MOVERS were a joke and fired them. The only time I saw any muscle or hustle out of them was the last few things they unloaded. Then suddenly asthma guy wanted to show that he could lift things by himself. So at 2 hours moving and an hour+ driving we were on our way to $1000 bill to move 16 items. And there is no doubt in my mind that these 2 would have struggled mightily getting things up the stairs in our brand new house. This place is crooked. Told me it should only take two hours give or take to move me with quote of a little over $500. Five hours later and I was told to pay over $1000 to move from a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment. When they first give me a quote they did NOT tell me they are charging for supplies, and I NEVER asked for the supplies to be used. Being charged for 1 shrink wrap they did NOT use all the shrink wrap. Then being charged for tape. They were using ALOT of tape unnecessarily and I was charged for six rolls of tape and I don't even know if they even used six rolls nothing was said to me. I was called the day before the move to tell them what they would be moving I was NOT told it was to take over two hours like two other moving companies told me after I told him everything we needed moved. Then they finesse you out of gas. Diesel is $3.39 a gallon. I was charged $131 for fuel. This company also left my apartment at 1:30 NOT 1:42! The workers were down there running their mouths and when they saw us coming they wanted to document the quit time!!!!!! One of their previous employees told me they were crooked after the fact or I would have used them. This will be report to the BBB! Their practices are unethical!!! Definitely do not call them. First, girl who was giving me the estimate, estimated everything incorrectly. Therefore, she sent two people instead of three and a smaller truck. The lead person who came smelled like marijuana. They were very tired and surprised right when they got to my house saying there should've been a bigger truck and an extra guy. They charge hourly and she quoted me around $550 for my move at the end of the day, they ended up charging me almost 1300 and did Not even finish the job. I was being charged hourly and it took much longer because they sent two people instead of three. And as I said, they did not finish the move. When I called to rectify the situation, they said they'd give me $120 discount for one of their hidden fees because Not only charge for driving time which they do tell you about but they do not tell you that for everything they use they charge you. They call it consumables in charge $120 for the plastic wrap, Then they charge another hidden fee for fuel, which apparently is not covered in their driving time which you're already paying for it and 150 On top of that which apparently does not cover the fuel. When I called to try to fix the situation, they were not willing. They did not seem to care as if they do this sort of thing all the time they sent me to another customer service who put Loop, so they were just transferring me to each other in different parts of the company try not to resolve my issue. Do not use this business. I cannot begin to explain all the issues that happened with this company. It began when the sales person changed bid 2 days before move date. Dishonest!! And then the crew they sent to our home were unprepared to handle the scope of the project. I believe one or two of the crew were temp employees from staffing companies and had no training. They knew we had heavy gun safe, but they did not bring proper equipment to handle moving it and caused damage to wood floors. They packed our kitchen and you can see from the pictures they just threw things in boxes. My worst nightmare. And they had no organization skills to ensure truck was packed efficiently or unloaded into storage efficiently. read more

Would give no stars if I could. This is the absolute worst moving company in America. They do not respect their customers, nor their customer's goods. We did a move from Sand springs, OK to OKC and the move was from a home and into a storage unit, I bought insurance to cover for any broken or damaged property and I had at least $2000 worth of damage to my furniture from the drive from sand springs, OK to okc and I put my claim in and got denied on everything because the items were put in a NON-ALL MY SONS storage unit (Apparently if you don't use their storage units then they don't care and will deny any claim even if they were actively throwing your goods) when obviously the items were damaged while being in the truck and *literally* thrown into the storage building. Most of my items were not wrapped or disassembled and I am being told that these items were never messed up by the workers when clearly they were by not disassembling my items, not wrapping things up AND THROWING THEM INTO THE STORAGE. Additionally, the items could not have been damaged just by sitting still in storage so we are planning on suing this company for our items and when we told them that over the phone they actually said "We get threatened everyday over someone trying to sue us, go ahead and try but we will win." and laughed. These items were not cheap. A broken computer monitor current value over $300, broken AND scratched up dinning room table, huge punctures in a king mattress, broken bed frame, electronic switches on couch broken so that my $3000 couches do not work. They did not wrap up or disassemble the table, did not wrap up couches or beds, huge scratches on the fridge. They were also throwing the bed frames around and it had broken in more places than one. You'd be crazy to use this company for your move. Also their version of a military discount is less than $50 off the whole order. Finally, Heather Allen (the owner of this location) reached out to reply to my wife's review of this AWFUL company asking us to reach out. She left this response at 2:12pm central time on 12/21/2023. I tried to contact her at the provided number many times, which allows no way to leave a message, and isn't answered. When I called the main number and was transferred to Ace, he reiterated that our claim was denied, because regardless of how they unloaded the household goods, they unloaded them into a third party storage facility, and thus they will deny any claims made. This company will likely respond to this review as well, and it will likely be an automated response which will provide anyone reading this review proof enough that this company DOES NOT CARE. They will damage your goods and then laugh about it, and they will tell you to sue them over it so that they can win in court because they have the money to afford an incredibly large legal department. read more

I made the mistake of booking All My Sons before reading other reviews, because it was a very expensive mistake I made by hiring them. The one positive thing about our move was the movers were very nice and worked hard while they were there. I will never use All My Sons again because the amount of hidden fees are ridiculous. It cost $828 for them to load a one bedroom apartment. They were on site 1 1/2 hours. This was NOT a move, just loading our personal trailer. The entire apartment was packed, we had the washer/dryer already unhooked and the bed taken apart. They just had to load the things in the trailer. The quote that I originally received was $126/hour for 2 movers, then they called and said we could upgrade to $176/hour for 3 movers. You're charged an hour for their travel and fuel and then after you've paid them the $100 deposit to hold the date, they send a new contract states that there is a 16% fuel charge. When the movers got onsite they started wrapping everything with VERY expensive supplies that we did not ask for. I don't blame the actual movers because they were just doing their job. The price we paid for the service we received was absolutely absurd and it should be illegal to do business like this. I would strongly advise against using this moving company. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service provided. I could get into the details of arrival, mileage being only 12 miles for $70 when fuel is the lowest price in a very long time, drive time of less than 10 minutes for a full hourly drive time charge of $120, inappropriate language, but I will share with you what put me over the edge. Lack of use with moving blankets. A brand new dresser fresh out of the shipping box..... damaged by a dolly without a moving blanket and a picture moved with dirty hands. We work extremely hard for the little nice things that we are proud of..... it is just disheartening. Something so simple could have been prevented. Called to advise us they would be 4 hours late. Because we had to vacate today, we began moving everything we could on our own. When they arrived we had 13 items for them to move. They charged us a minimum two hour fee, even though it was their fault they were late. They also charged for 30 minutes in the car to and from their office, which is 5.8 miles away and charged $90 for gas for the travel. The new apartment was less than one mile from the old apartment. I hope no one uses this company again. Disappointed. read more
