They need more signage out front for sure. My first visit was to get Hunt Brothers Pizza & Wings. You can't go wrong with someone that offers this in their store. When I first walked in, I was highly impressed. I had know idea they had moved all of this product in here. I'll get more pics up soon. It's like walking into a NYC Bodega. Very clean, peacefully quiet. Offering most everything you'd find at a local convenience store. Met Pete, I'll assume he's the owner. Very nice guy. The outside has you fooled. It used to be a full on BBQ restaurant, now a convenience store, and from outside it's hard to tell unless you look really close. I ordered a pizza and wings. Not long at all the items were ready. I killed time looking around the store, so I know what to look for if I need it in near future. Pizza and wings were very much to my liking, taste as good as any other Hunt Brothers. The owner didn't care that I was dripping onto his floor he immediately went to work and with great focus and confidence and repeated testing on the phones speakers and confirmations and then even reviewed my phone for any virus after he had it functioning. Driver said they could deliver the following week, then he called and said he broke down so another driver would call about delivery the next week. The next call came from Terri (caller ID said Morgan) asking me if I had the concrete blocks in place. Found an email from both Derkson and the financier asking for payment on the first (just a matter of days) and a signature that appears to be the same as the form signed in office purchase but includes the following: The condition of the building has been inspected. Lessor has the right to enter your property at any time to inspect the building. And includes a provision if they should take the building and personal property has not been removed from the building, it will not be returned. I then received a call asking me to get cement blocks for set up. According to advertisement, set-up is included. I made it clear I would not be signing any further paperwork until the building arrives and if promised services aren't rendered, then they could keep the building. Carl then called asking my wife to tell me we had to sign the paperwork BEFORE the building is delivered. furthermore, it was explained the size is calculated from outer wall to outer wall, yet the form states the size is from eave to eave. Yeah, sure, I'll get right on that signature without inspection with a due date for first payment before the building even arrives and a late payment fee of $300. You'd be better off just saving the cash you'd pay each month and buying a building outright from somewhere else. Needless to say, I am cancelling the order and expect full refund of deposit.
