IN THE AGREEMENT THEY SENT, THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY THE CLEANERS STAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED....but 3 1/2 hours into the job the cleaners told me they had a half hour left and the owners argued that there is a set time given for the deep cleaning contrary to the agreement they sent. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my bungalow, one large main room, medium size bedroom and tiny bath and kitchen. I sent a detailed description and indicated it was a level 9 job. But they are never really clear about what a deep cleaning is, other than 'more thorough". THIS is the main problem. One of the company's complaints was that the cleaner had to take things out of my medicine cabinet in order to clean the shelves!! When I asked how do they clean shelves if they don't take things off the shelf they said "well if its a picture frame alright" Huh? On the website they say they will mop vacuum or handwash the floors but the company complained that the cleaners would have had to "move things" in order to clean the floors!! ( a few tv trays and small stand) Either way they never got that far. So be prepared to ask them...What Exactly is a deep cleaning?? So they charged an extra $65 to "deep clean". Fine. They also charged an extra $10 to wash my dishes (wondered why this wouldn't be considered part of regular or deep cleaning but...fine) and an extra $29 to clean out fridge. Fine. Total for regular cleaning one time $119, add the extras it came to $204 (with first time discount) Fine, BUT the cleaner showed up, (absolutely pleasant and good cleaner) and brings a helper she had to hire herself, which meant they sent one cleaner to do a Deep Cleaning on a one bedroom bungalow and gave her 4 hours to do it. After 3 1/2 hours of cleaning I am informed that they only had a half hour left!! - During that time only the bathroom (very small) got thoroughly and beautifully cleaned and only 1/3 of the kitchen, also tiny, got cleaned; stove cleaned, front and inside of fridge BUT excluding the dishes, the floor, the counter tops, shelves, cupboard doors and the fact that nothing else in the bungalow was touched... WHAT?? I was NEVER told that the $204 of deep cleaning included only 4 hours of cleaning. In fact I received an email that day that outlined the job and it specifically said cleaners stay until deep cleaning is Done. For regular cleaning they are given allotted hours. So after arguing with the company they reduced the rate down to $161 saying they had to pay for the cleaners time and they of course gave themselves a profit. It is not my responsibility to pay for the cleaners time or their profit. It is my responsibility to pay for the job rendered. So they wanted me to pay $161 to have my tiny bungalow bathroom and a third of my tiny kitchen cleaned and nothing else done. I broke the rate down to what they charge on their website and what was actually done and it came to $85 worth of service out of the $200 they were going to charge me for deep cleaning my bungalow. Which I am more than happy to pay. Of course I am disputing with the CC company. Buyer Beware!

My associate called them with the intent on giving them a referral for post construction cleaning services but little did we know that he would get cursed out and hung up on twice by the representative assumed who, we hypothesize, thought we were wasting his time. Since we referred several companies that day we thought maybe we could build a relationship with this company if we get more referrals. The first referral we didn't get to see how her experience was so we reached back out. As mentioned earlier, we had wanted to refer more clients since they were a fellow small business but upon the first call a man of hispanic/mexican/latin X decent (please excuse me if I am politically incorrect) answered and before we could finish our may associate could finish reminding him that we referred someone to him before he immediately hung up the phone. Thinking it was a mistake, they called him back and a younger man inserted the phone and said "What the fuck do you want man" and would yell into the phone to drown out what my associate was trying to tell him that we have another referral for him for move in/out cleaning which included carpet cleaning. He continually yelled in the phone and then hung up again. This was completely uncalled for and we will never refer anyone to this service and indeed recommend people not to use this by any means.

Normally, I rely on Yelp to find a service like a carpet cleaner. Well as you can see, I am writing their very first Yelp review so the only thing I had to go by was our housekeeper's recommendation. We we seemed unsure, she kept saying, "trust me, they're great!" So I took a leap of faith, made a little easier by the fact that they beat the price of the last company we used. But the even better news is that these guys did a fantastic job! They got stuff out of the carpeting that was there for years and the other places were unable to clean. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Best of all, the carpeting looks like new. Look at my other reviews. I don't write many of them. I've really got to love (or hate) something enough and in this case, it was the former. Give 'em a try!

At a very reasonable rate, the two of them went through my place- a small North Hollywood cottage-and gently but thoroughly transformed it from gloomy to bright! I really needed it, and they delivered far beyond my expectations. There wasn't a corner of my space they didn't pay attention to or improve. My windows and screens weren't this clean when I moved in, and my landlady is pretty good about that stuff! I have trouble with harsh cleaners and bleach, and somehow they got every inch of my bathroom- including an admittedly grungy shower- spotless, and not reeking of rough cleansers and chlorine. The best thing about these people is that they truly care about doing the best job possible. The best analogy for their work is that they approach cleaning a home the way auto detailers detail a fine auto. My computer gear- drives, connectors, and peripheral hardware- is extremely delicate. I asked them to leave that be, and it was no problem. If you are in need of a deep cleaning, efficiently and reasonably, look no further. I am thankful to have found them, and plan to have them here again. Westco Drywall did an excellent job for us. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They accomplished their tasks in a very timely way. They were highly responsible in everything that they did. They met the schedule perfectly. The price was quite reasonable. I and my significant other could not be more pleased by what these guys did. A mark of a good contractor is that they stand behind their work. Westco does. After Westco finished their work and we proceeded to the installation of interior window molding, we discovered that a bathroom wall need to be floated higher, So I called Rene Hernandez and within a few days he sent one of his employees out to address the issue. No arguing. Just responsible quality work. Such quality results speak for themselves.
