Midway through the service, I was contacted and informed that an additional $90 would be required for another hour because the allotted 2.5 hours was insufficient to complete the job. Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service--including add-on services--was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking. The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company's policies and practices. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or book again.

Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. The prices were somewhat similar. Jose's prices were probably in the middle of the pack. I decided to choose him because I liked his reviews and how he responded to my questions. His employee Candelerio came on time and did a terrific job. I liked how he took pics and videos and explained what he was doing. I would definitely use Jose's company again and I would definitely request Candelerio to do the job.

Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

The owner seemed quite surprised because apparently the cleaners that came that day were the best they had so maybe it was an off day for them, but it really felt as if we didn't get a truly deep clean, we had requested the windows to be done initially and they also cleaned those as well. The real question is "would we use them again?" and I would say that the answer is that it depends on the price and the mutual understanding of what a deep clean entails. I think that what the service defines it as and what we have experienced before in getting a deep clean from other services were not aligned. two people cannot do a deep clean of a two bed two bath apartment in less than 4 hours, much as one would like to think it could. Things will be missed and customers will not be left satisfied.
