Had a good shellac manicure (takeoff and new shellac on) there recently although not a lot was done in terms of cuticle prep, no hand massage, etc. Prices not cheap either, but shellac lasts 2 weeks without chipping so hopefully it will be worth it. Pleasant staff. They apparently also do pedicures, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and facial waxing.

Its truly a beautiful place for both sexes. I was given a gift voucher for here and have been back several times since! The foot scrub and pedicures are great, as is the Swedish massage and they're great at the tanning too! The staff are lovely and chatty and the feel of the place is clean and relaxing! Aura is one of the most luxe spas I have been to and I loved every minute of it. I had booked a Luxury Spa Pedicure which turned out to be 45 minutes and £40 pounds worth of heaven on earth. Even though I was there for a relatively short treatment (you can spend the whole day there, what bliss), I was shown to the very swish changing room and invited to put on one of those thick perfectly white bath robes that people embarrass themselves by stealing from five star hotels. I was then shown to the pedicure chair which was attached to a footbath which had, I kid you not, flowers floating in it. I then spent 10 minutes with my feet in delish smelling hot water, flicking through celeb mags and generally congratulating myself on my good fortune. Next my feet were anointed with some very expensive lotion and then my nails were filed and polished to perfection. I had somewhere else to be afterwards but had I had time I could have spent as long a s I wanted in the lounge area sipping tea or fruit juice and reading more glossies. Aura is not a cheap place to while away the hours but boy is it worth it. They do gift vouchers so start perfecting the art of dropping hints!

I was only given white tips and a glossy coat when you should normally get a light coloured base coat beneath. The server was not pleasent as well, as she didnt talk to me and shoved my hands over to the fan. As soon as I got home the nail varnish began to chip. Overall I did not enjoy my experience and would not recommend this place although the place looked nice and was very clean.

I have to write about my time here as it was not what i expected unfortunately,…read moreyour salon was recommended to me from a friend and I don't know if I got the girls on a bad day or something a girl with short black hair was doing my acrylics ( I didn't get her name) very bad quality might I add for the price, the acrylic was thick and uneven and my cuticles where cut she was very rough and rushed the whole thing. Not to mention as much as I hate to say this she had extremely bad breath and I didn't want to embarrass her by saying something in the salon, my appointment wasn't early either so i couldn't have even blamed it on morning breath, I couldn't wait to get out of that chair Hygiene is key in any work place! The girl that was doing my acrylic looked tired and looked like she didn't want to be there and I felt like I was bothering her, on the other hand the nail painters where pleasant enough and seemed a bit more enthusiastic and nicer to talk to. I won't be back it was a disgrace to say the least and I will not be recommending this nail salon to anyone Awful!

First up, there actually isn't too much bad about this Boots, mainly good and great. It's absolutely huge, it would remind you of a warehouse - because it's so huge it stocks almost everything you can find on their website. You have all the usuals as well as an electrical section. This Boots also has a large aftershave/perfume and specialised make up section with the major big brands being represented (Clarins etc). There's a few tills so you won't wait too long and as with most high street chains they are happy to accept credit and debit cards, failing that there's an ATM outside. The parking situation here is great if you can get a space - there's a huge free car park at this complex but it is always busy!
