Its truly a beautiful place for both sexes. I was given a gift voucher for here and have been back several times since! The foot scrub and pedicures are great, as is the Swedish massage and they're great at the tanning too! The staff are lovely and chatty and the feel of the place is clean and relaxing! First up, there actually isn't too much bad about this Boots, mainly good and great. It's absolutely huge, it would remind you of a warehouse - because it's so huge it stocks almost everything you can find on their website. You have all the usuals as well as an electrical section. This Boots also has a large aftershave/perfume and specialised make up section with the major big brands being represented (Clarins etc). There's a few tills so you won't wait too long and as with most high street chains they are happy to accept credit and debit cards, failing that there's an ATM outside. The parking situation here is great if you can get a space - there's a huge free car park at this complex but it is always busy!

But the most exciting part for me is that they stock nyx makeup which is an American drug store brand which is amazing! They have a high range of hair products and skin care products! In regards to Health and beauty I would be shocked if you didn't find what you were looking for here! I could spend over an hour browsing through this store!

I'm not one for the makeup and beauty products (except for maybe the occasional Friday night...)…read morebut this is a great place for you female Yelpers out there. This place supplies a lot of beauty shops so it sells a lot of stuff in bulk - much of which I have no idea the purpose of. It seems to me that women now need to have some type of experience as a painter and decorator to get ready for a night out. I mean, the process of doing your nails even baffles me. Some sort of primer/undercoat followed by a few coats of nail polish followed by some type of aftercoat?! (should that be overcoat?). I have no idea. What I do know is that the staff in here are friendly, as I was in one day picking up a bottle of some nail varnish (don't ask) which I thought was called opee-eye. Obviously, being unfamiliar with all this non-combatant war paint, I had no idea and just assumed it was the latest brand to launch. Turns out it had been around for a while and it's called OPI. This is the place that supplies salons with products you can't get in Boots. I'd say if any female visitors to Belfast (or groups of them) decide to take the short trip from the city centre for a spot of shopping in Boucher (see my Boucher Crescent retail park review) then they should take a quick trek round here. It's just a few hundred yards from Boucher retail park, which is about 5 minute walk (or four hours in those stilts that women affectionately call 'heels'). Had to give it four stars. I'm not a fan personally, but it does deserve four stars.

Sallys has everything you could possibly need for a home grooming session, all under one roof and at very good prices. Nail supplies, including all the professional standard stuff you need to apply gel and acrylic nails so you and a friend could do each others nails and save a fortune on salon prices. The same goes for all things hair related. Tints, dyes, shampoos, conditioners and treatments. Also brushes and hairdryers, all salon quality. I got my last hair dryer there and it's great - light, very long lead and dries my hair super quick. Considering that the one before that came from Argos for £50 and was a pile of pants, I am very pleased. I think perhaps that in theory the cashier is meant to ask for your trade card, but I have never been asked. But then I am so glam that I could easily be mistaken for a beautician or hairdresser. In my dreams.

From the outside, it looks like it would be the type of shop in which you'd be judged by what you're wearing, but it couldn't be farther from that. Yes, the products are all pretty high end, but the girls who work there are always on hand to give you some advice, wrap your purchase beautifully for you and send you on your merry way again!

For most of the appointment, they made me stand up instead of sitting in the chair. They charged me 10 pounds extra to dry my hair, and the lady doing it didn't even use a comb. She dried it with her fingers, and it looked frizzy and awful. I've never been angry about a haircut before, but I almost left in tears. I tried to fix my hair when I got home, and there is a half inch difference on each side. I can't speak to the talent of all of the staff, but I would not recommend this place!
