The workers doing your remodel are employees of the company and not subcontractors. There is no down time. When they project your start and end to the project you can bank on it. They have a program called co- construct in which every decision is reviewed and approved on line as it occurs. Any changes that may increase or decrease the cost of your project are approved by both parties. The companies they use to get your products for your remodel are helpful and offer guidance.
