I cannot recommend Danielle P enough, I've probably forwarded about 15-20 other girls to her. She listens to what you want and makes it happen while still protecting the integrity of your hair. While your hair is processing she constantly checks up on it and explains what she's doing. She's also knows how to make different colors/shades that complement your skin tone to make you literally glow when you're finished. Danielle is a perfectionist and will make sure your hair is flawless before you leave her chair. During my last appointment she fully toned my hair 3 separate times to get the perfect silvery white blonde that I had wanted and also managed to carefully remove all of the pink from my hair that she had done a few months ago. When I had my pink hair, she mixed me up a conditioner with my color in it to take home to use when my hair started to fade (which was maybe a month and a half later). She has colored and toned my clip in extensions to match my hair perfectly, and eventually helped me pick out, toned and installed my tape in extensions (she even offered to go with me on her day off to the beauty store to get the best extensions). I always trust Danielle with my hair and after every appointment I'm even more happy than my last--she's passionate about what she does and it really shows! My hair despite all I put it through is the healthiest it's ever been and people constantly comment on how healthy it looks and feels. Her schedule fills up fast and usually appointments need to be made a month in advance but it's well worth the wait. The girls who work at the front desk and at the hair washing sinks are always really sweet and helpful as well. Carissa gives an amazing blowout that could honestly probably last you 3 weeks if you wanted it to. All of the girls here are really cool and fun to talk with, and are always almost as excited as I am to see my hair all finished. She asked a question about her hair, yet they made her wait nearly an hour before anyone actually helped her. ( She eventually walked out quietly).It was honestly disgusting and upsetting to watch the way she was treated. Regardless of who a customer is, everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Based on what I witnessed today, I would not recommend this place to anyone. She tells me she needed to add this color otherwise the few hairs would not be covered. Amazing never happened to me but if she felt that ways she should of asked me because my hair is very fine and I do not have much of it. The result was horrible and nothing like the patch color I picked. In fact sample she showed me was not available when I came back. Amazing.

I got an appt with Stevie who cut and styled my hair. The blow out was great and she was so sweet. It was like talking to an old friend. Well I returned and have since colored my hair different shades at different times of course, balayage, highlights, Brazilian Blowout and of course cuts. She's great on recommendations and what would potentially work for me. I adore Stevie. She's wonderful in what she does. The staff in general are all dolls. They just put you in a happy mood. She has a true compassion for what she does for sure! She feels for you and cares! While I was there a man walked in with a bag and when Nikeya asked how she can help, he said I'm here to help you. He saw a piece on the news or in a local paper and donated his wife's wig who had passed a few years back. She was so happy to meet him and appreciative of the donation as well. I will be going in to donate the wig Nikeya trimmed for me as a bit too dark for me but someone else may use for sure. I will also see about her adjusting a different wig I have now too. I feel so lucky to have landed in her chair. You guys, I can't even describe how badly I messed up my own hair and how beautifully Teri fixed it. She did a fantastic job and she did it efficiently. I walked out with beautiful highlights that softened up the whole look and lifted me back to 'blonde'. She worked miracles, I swear. I brought my glass mason jar (a sauce jar I cleaned and reused) and the women filled it for me. It was a little more expensive than what I would normally spend on conditioner (bc I normally buy the cheap whatever is on sale) BUT it made my hair smell and feel AMAZING. My hair is damaged from years of coloring but it made it look so healthy. I will be coming here with my jar from now on. I can't wait to get the shampoo! And try more of thier products.
