Three years later, my son has graduated from in a nurturing environment that both helped him grow and made him enjoy each and every day. The most valuable thing about Little Village is the teachers. The infant room, the toddler room, and pre-school, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the teachers, who genuinely enjoy being around the children and bringing out the best in them. The teacher to student ratio in the toddler class is 1 to 5. The preschool ratio is slightly higher at 1 to 7. They really get to know your child and reports their detailed activities to you in writing daily. They follow a regimented schedule so you know when your child is scheduled for outdoor play, small motor skill activities, musical activity and etc. They explain the different forms of play that offers different learning opportunities. They provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day so that's one less thing that you have to worry about. The administrators know the students and their parents as well. They don't have to sift through a bunch of papers to figure out who you are. They listen to your concerns and addresses any issues in a timely manner. We tried, but couldn't find a new day care in our new town that offers everything that All Aboard does.

Since enrolling our son in July 2019, we have been provided nothing short of high quality child care by a supportive, compassionate, and safety-minded staff and leadership team. We were present during the transition to the current web/app-based communication and documentation tool. It has provided us with a more than adequate level of security and connectivity with the daycare. Since the roll-out of the system last year, it was made clear that it was the parents' responsibility to check-in children on arrival. To think that a teacher should take the extra time - away from the other kids in class - to make up for your own irresponsible mismanagement of the platform is selfish and ridiculous. I, for one, am completely satisfied that the teachers prioritize direct care of the children over task-saturation within an online recording tool. The app-based tool has also provided parents with secure, direct access through a bluetooth-enabled unlocking system. Anyone that would consider providing access to this app to an unauthorized person is a security risk, and I think we are a safer community with this person gone. When I exit the facility, I either wait for someone entering to do so with their own access or I confirm with the staff at the front desk that the person belongs here before opening the door. I hope that everyone would challenge me in the same way when I enter! We are a community of families and should each have a vested interest in the safety of our children that supercedes an ease-of-access mindset. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 health crisis, the leadership at Discovery Village has been completely transparent about the challenges of both managing a business and meeting the demands of working parents in this environment. The center quickly adapted to the new normal by implementing more than the State-required sanitation protocols and providing regular updates to families. We suspended our enrollment in late March and returned to the village in May and have had ZERO complications. The idea that Discovery Village is, was, or has been lax about their cleaning and COVID protocol mandates is a baseless and belligerent accusation. This team is professional to the core! I would be remiss to not mention that our son absolutely loves his teachers at Discovery Village. He is happy as can be every day we pick him up and his learning and curiosity is clearly nurtured. I recommend this center to anyone looking for high quality care by a team that is genuinely invested in the well-being and development of your child. Thank you for all that you do.

Where do I start...My child started TLE river vale in September 2023. After rave reviews from…read morefriends whose children attend at other locations, we hoped to have the same experience. Upon our tour we were sold on nutritious meals, small intimate classrooms, clean environment, and caring staff. We were extremely misled by TLE. The first few months put our minds at ease with the access of the TLE app. This told a story of our child thriving, eating every meal and participating in activities. We came to find out the app was extremely inaccurate. Upon speaking with the teachers we were told our child wasn't eating at all after we've been lied to for months about our child's eating via the app. Not only was this extremely irresponsible of TLE but this was also neglectful to not tell us that he was going days without eating and posting photos "to show face". My child started with 12 children in the class in September. Currently the class has 16-18 children which is extremely unsafe! It is impossible for a class that size to be properly cared for with the number of teachers provided. When it comes to a clean environment TLE is NOT the place. There have been multiple instances at pick up where these is a mess of food left on the tables from earlier lunch. While I know kids are messy, my child would come back from school filthy which I'm sure contributed to the amount of urgent care and sick visits monthly. The teachers were very nice I felt bad they were dealing with limited resources and staff. Which makes the teacher turnaround at this center believable. Overall There were many occasions where my child was dropped off later in the day and I've seen teachers sitting at the children's table while the kids played on the other side of the room. I am extremely disappointed in this center and how they've handled situations with our family. The lack of receptiveness to our feedback in the past shows the lack of care for anything other than making money off packing these classrooms with kids. Do your research on these chain daycares before enrolling. I certainly will moving forward.

However, from the very beginning, the entire team has gone above and beyond to support our daughter and our family. They have been incredibly accommodating with schedule changes, thoughtful and patient through food-related challenges, and always willing to answer the endless questions that come with being a new parent. The care, attention, and love they give each child is truly exceptional. Our daughter is so happy there, and seeing her open the classroom door eachday with a smile and hug the teachers tells us everything we need to know. She has formed beautiful relationships with both her teachers and her friends; that means the world to us. What stands out the most is how genuinely invested they are in her well-being and development. They know her, celebrate her, teach her, comfort her, and help her grow. We always feel informed, supported, and included as parents. Trusting someone else with your baby is one of the hardest things a parent can do. Before becoming a Gardens daycare family, I never imagined I could feel this level of confidence and peace of mind. We trust them implicitly. I can't speak highly enough of the entire staff; from the Infant room teachers all the way up to the UPK teachers - exceptional education & care IS always given. Staff here treat my children as their own family. Communication with parents is excellent. The director is accessible and the rates are affordable. Side note, this facility has a Nursing room, I was able to stop in and nurse my son as daily!
