My hair was so badly damaged from numerous of things but the meds I was on for 3 weeks has taken my shoulder length hair down to almost ground "zero" before sitting in his chair. I had received tons of "bad advice" to just cut it all off and start fresh because it was ALL DEAD HAIR & couldn't be saved in which wasn't an option for me. There were too many commitments I had before me to be scrambling around just to be presentable. I informed Mohammed of what all I had gone through with my hair since September 2025 going from shoulder length to (mid ear on one side & just above the ear on the other)from so much breakage and it falling out in clumps . Mohammed felt the texture of my hair all over, and urged me to sit down. He asked and "who said you needed to cut it all off"? No, I could fix this he got to work and trimmed it to the point where it appeared to still have some life left in it. It also appeared to look healthy, although I was a lot more "bald headed" , (not really) but the hair that wasn't as damaged he INDEED saved. Moving forward 3 months later, Luckily for me my hair grows rather quickly. It was right at the tip of my shoulders ( but still damaged a bit from February) I was back yet again, Today for color and ANOTHER one of his magical trims and he DEFINITELY came through on both. Mohammed (Abdou) NOT ONLY invested in my healthy hair journey by gave me so many great tips on Do's/Dont's for my hair going forward. I was also not feeling well due to Allergies, asthma, and laryngitis he also, gave great and caring advice regarding that as well. He felt like apart of my extended family. What a Gracious and Generous soul I am forever grateful that I was spiritually lead to pass up all the other shops I could have and ALMOST stopped in for advice on my hair loss catastrophe, and was lead right to him. The vibe was calm, relaxed, and chill. #ChaosFREE So I had actually gone there yesterday (5/26/26 to be serviced but he wasn't there. I'm so happy I waited to come back the next day(Called first) and he said "come right on, I'll be waiting for you"

I went there, the place is decently spacey and also they have a lot of customers which is a plus for me because thats how i know that they are good because people actually come over there. I got my eyelashes done and I LOVE IT! It looks natural and it lasts for 4 weeks now. Keep in mind you can come back in 3 weeks after you get them done for refills. Customer service was really good and they are very friendly. I would recommend this for people who are trying to get their EYELASHES done. It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review I firmly believe in supporting black…read morebusiness I went to the salon July 1st to have my hair braided I normally get my hair braided twice a year and the summertime because it's easier to manage in the hot weather as of July 12th my hair started itching my scalp started itching I washed my hair I thought it needed to be washed I owe my scalp coconut oil like I normally do end of July it was still itching really bad I started noticing thinning but I figured it just needed to be washed again I washed my hair again by the second week of August my hair started coming out right side of my temple left side of my temple I took the braids out my scalp was still itching by August 22nd it was unbearable my hair begin to fall out in the front of the top crown my hair is now eating out on the temple right and left and all around to the back of my neck totally eating out I called the salon owner as well as sent her pictures instead of her saying well now I'm sorry that that happened would you like to come in so I can look at it would you like your money back or is there something I can do to help you figure out what happens instead she was very rude and very obnoxious and very arrogant about the situation I would never recommend the salon to any of my family nor my friends I can't speak to anyone else's experience but for my experience something that was done whether it be the hair she used the jail she used did not agree with me and as a result of that I may be bald so I would suggest do your research don't look at all the reviews just because one person possibly didn't have a problem that it may not happen to you her attitude was absolutely disrespectful I would put pictures up but I am too embarrassed I'm a professional woman who works very hard for her money I work for the federal government and I do not have free money to give away I highly do not recommend .
