Instead of just taking the order, Chase took the time to ask the right questions and quickly realized I was about to purchase the wrong part for my setup. He guided me to the correct option which I ended up buying. A week later I called him again for another part and we got into a conversation about scopes. He recommended an outstanding scope and when I took it to the range, several people commented on how well the setup was put together. I reached out to him again today for advice on a suppressor, and once again he walked me through exactly what I needed and stopped me from buying the wrong thing. I ended up going with his recommendation. I've got to say Chase is professional, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely focused on helping the customer get it right. He listens and asks the right questions to make sure you're set up properly the first time. That's rare. I'll continue doing business with EuroOptic because of him. THANKS CHASE!

The email I received said the sale was good through June 21st (Father's Day sale). I log in to purchase the item June 20th (today) only to see the sale changed to 15%. I was very disappointed to see this so I contacted support to only be told the prices are subject to change from their employee. A Sale promoted to a certain date SHOULD NOT be subject to change when you are given a specific date to purchase the item at the sale price. Very disappointing and a damper on what would have been a great Father's Day gift.

Furthermore this Dicks sporting goods decided it was in good taste to ELIMINATE their Kayak and outdoors section completely and ON TOP OF THAT they cut down their fishing section to a 1/4 of the size so they could make room for an entire section of the store for cups and coolers not to mention all the other locations throughout the store they have cups siding around. Spend thousands each year at this store and have been a Dicks sporting goods store Gold member for years and have enough points to be a gold member for the whole upcoming year and today I used my LAST rewards certificate at this company as a whole and will now take my business 20 miles down the road to DUNHAMS SPORTS who not only has a bigger fishing gear selection they have just made it bigger and they also decided to keep their outdoors and kayak section. I tried to find someone to check me out separately and asked why masks were not enforced, only to be told there was nothing they could do, regardless of the state mandate of wearing a mask. I even asked if I could go to my car and give them my credit card, in order to stay away from possible carriers, and I was told no...I am disgusted by this establishment for their lack of making customers feel safe.
