Their cloth diapering workshop is great (and free) and they try to provide an unbiased look at what's available on the market (trying to look things up yourself online can be overwhelming and confusing). At this workshop you have a chance to get all your questions answered from how to wash them to pros/cons of the different materials...they really are a wealth of knowledge and have an intimate relationship with companies they carry- constantly providing consumer feedback. they have a promotion where you can try out 10 different products for 30 days to get a feel for what you/baby like. (those who attend the workshop can also get 10% off purchases done online and in person). Other services: They also help you find a carrier - bring your own baby or use their weighted baby (heavier than you think). There is a new baby/parent in person support group nearby.
