Rating this 4* highly for the amount of stuff they had at decent prices. Staff are umm, there. Present, that's about it. They will answer questions... no more, no less. I have had more pleasant customer experience elsewhere. For example, I asked what's the sale tomorrow? The staff replied, "I can't tell you that." Only later did I see an ad on the door it said $1 Sundays... not sure why she couldn't offer me this advertised info. Perhaps she assumed I'm asking for the colors... then I hope they don't assume the worst in their customers like what the other reviews are saying. It is organized... and disorganized... what I mean is I can easily find general categories (ie Kitchen, clothing tops, and scrubs, etc.) but once I'm in the specific section, the items themselves have no organization (ie not by size nor color) and are piled / randomized in shelves/ racks. So prepare to have some patience for some treasure hunting. Having 2 discounted colors each week helps with the turnover rate for their inventory. They are also part of https://goodwillnj.org/ & their IG is of the same name @goodwillnj. Thus they also have the same color discount system as S. Philly's Goodwill. For the Saturday of when I went, there was a 50% sale on 2 color tags. Apparently, a Dollar Sunday for 2 colors are also advertised. I usually don't write reviews like this, but the manager at this location was shockingly unprofessional. As soon as I walked in, she was speaking to the cashier in a rude, disrespectful way, and another employee joined in. This all happened in front of a store full of customers. When I went to check out, I realized it was the manager herself. A manager should be leading by example, not belittling staff in public. The cashier was polite and professional the whole time and did not deserve that treatment. The way the manager handled herself was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. read more

The old cashier lady was very rude to me. She didn't even look at me. She dropped a hanger on the floor and I kindly picked it up for her. Not even a thank you I got. I think one of the employees even locked the front door until I was finished shopping. like wtf. this is deplorable. and there were no full body mirrors. idiotic. Loving the new location! Friendly staff, and very clean and plays good music while you search for deals! First time in this new location after me and my mom were talking about coming here since it reopened over where the old Rite Aid used to be on Bustleton Avenue. We weren't really looking for anything but I walked out with a bunch of sweet finds ( mostly things for my daughter). I found a Lasko fan for a whopping $6.99 and it works!! Now she can stop sneaking in my room cause her bedroom is too warm, with her own fan. That was in the front of the store where we also found a Crayloa dry erase board/chalkboard- there was no price but when I got to the counter the woman said it was only $2.99-- yes please! She can practice her cursive on it!! Sweet deal! Browsed a few more isles and picked up a few khaki pants and a khaki dress for my daughter for school to add to the ones I had already bought a month ago when I went school shopping- yea I know I'm early! Then browsed the DVDs and found some goodies like My Little Pony and Care Bears for my daughters room- the DVDs were in good condition and were only $1.99!!! What a bargain! Grabbed a few nice blouses with tags on them still from Kohl's and Target for job interviews and made my way to the front counter where I had a chance to take advantage of the military discount- of 15% off which saved me $12! So happy we finally checked this place out. Oh and I found a huge Barbie airplane my daughter has been asking me for, for the past 3 years for only $6.99!! I visited this store location on 5/24/19. I actually anticipated coming here to this location because I haven't been here in years. I used to come here a few years ago here and there when I was treasure hunting and I wagged up an antique dresser set with the matching mirror piece...hmmm now that I think of it, that was in 2013..sheesh. All-in-all this is a pretty solid location. They had a nice selection on furniture displaying a matching couch-love seat and single chair set, variety of dressers and coffee tables, another range selection of a few different sized couches. on this particular day, they offered Minimal dishes, a range of collectible dolls, lots of prom dresses and wedding gowns, pocketbooks and board games, a few descent looking toys and of course your regular articles of clothing and shoes with no shoe rack. The shoes were placed along the aisles on top of the clothing. My cashier was Linda and she was pretty nice, I purchased a cd and she reminded me to open it up to make sure that the actual CD was inside the case and to my amazement, it wasnt in the case, so thank you again to Ms. Linda for bringing that to my attention. read more

The three start mostly for shoe section always mess, so is electronic. But it's customers fault. Uncultured swines, don't put stuff back where it belongs. It's small, previous location used to be a bit bigger. Gotta dig a lot to find something interesting. So I went to liberty ministries thrift, and comparing to them goodwill has better selection. ( even tho I found SHEIN shirt for outrageous 2.99?? ). Shoes section not that messy now, but selection not that big. I will try to spend more time to looks for some good pieces. This place is a treasure trove among goodwills! I'm not generally a fan of goodwill, but sometimes its a necessity ya know? Out of all of the ones I have visited in the city, this one always has the most quality furniture and some pretty amazing books! Every time I have been here it has been relatively quiet and not super busy. The clothes are a little disorganized if you come in on the weekends or while they are sorting through donations, but all in all its the best good will I have ever been too. read more

Horrible experience! The worker was nice but he did not wear any masks. He came to us closer than 6 feet away. I told him to stay away. A woman kept standing without a mask and kept talking loudly in Russian on the phone. We are working from home and do not go to the stores. We are not vaccinated yet (wife's contraindications) and now we are afraid of being exposed to COVID-19. The boxes had no covering despite the rain. We donated an electrical fan and an antidepressant lamp. We had to put them in the same uncovered big box with toys and other junk. These electrical devices could be damaged because of the rain. read more

This used to be a RiteAid and now it's an awesome sparkly new Goodwill! There are about four long shelves of books, about three or four long rows of pots and pans and cups, glasses, candles, etc. Lots of bags and toys. Not too much furniture yet. Oh, and of course tons of clothes. BONUS: it doesn't reek because they have this cool air freshener system, well at least they're trying. read more

Used to better organized and prices were fair. But lately the prices have been increasing and organization dropping. Often there are resellers scanning stuff for Amazon or eBay. I'm only giving this 2 stars because I found a wonderful little 'tiny tikes' truck for my nephew in AMAZING shape !! No scratches or Anything. The clothing was sad, holes in every dress I picked out, lingerie mixed with 'Long dresses' , being cathegorized as a long dress and priced as one ! $6.99 for skirts and the selection of them were just terribly sad. . I originally went in looking to score a great deal on dress for A wedding this coming weekend. That didn't happen... instead I found this cool tea pot . Very sad selection over all. A WALL of VHS'S. I'm not sure if it's because there are a lot of people who buy clothes in bulk and sell them on eBay there or if I'm just coming on the wrong days, but I'm not finding as many good threads as I used to. I have donated here a lot over the years since living right around the corner 2015. I have gotten a couple things here. Even just to go in and look around is always a good experience. This location use to be a rite-aid so its huge inside... Its usually a hit or miss with this place , ive never found items for myself but the kids section has a nice selection. I usually can find some long sleeve or short sleeve shirt and a pair of jeans or two. The shoe selection is always busted as well as the toy selection for the kids... Overall if your looking for kids clothing , its a 40% chance youll find something... I was really excited about a Goodwill opening up in this neighborhood, and this one lived up to my expectations. As it goes with Goodwill, there is an overwhelming amount of stuff to be sorted through. On my first visit I went specifically to pick up some inexpensive business-casual clothes for my job, and I found quite a few nice pieces. They give discounts on certain color tags on certain days, so my total was even less than what I calculated, which was already a really good deal. You're going to need a bit of time if you really want to sift through the clothing, but in my opinion, it's worth it. read more

Anyway of & on i would buy a blouse and of course i would clean it first before wearing it, i would get small little statues to put on my living room table, movies, which i got plenty & all different kind of stuff. It's another Goodwill in Bucks County. It's well organized, and donating is easy. You drive up and unload your items, put in your donation receipt information, it prints out and you're done! The store itself is not very fancy. I suppose the people nearby aren't donating as many nice things. However, there's a good find here and there. read more

The 2 managers (one older man and one younger woman) were belligerent/extremely unprofessional and screamed at a customer because they asked where the line was. (everyone ready to check out and was confused standing at the registers)I had an item with no price and she accused me of ripping it off and then later realized it was put out with no price and didn't even apologize. Messy and very unorganized. Come here if you like to dig through piles. Even donations are just put down as soon as you walk in the door. The shoes go throughout the store and are on top of the clothes racks instead of in a section of the store. I personally didnt even look for shoes because "aint nobody got time for that!" read more

This Goodwill is HUGE, and filled with clothes. The prices are good, and you can get half off certain colors. The staff is also super-friendly. I go here at least 2x a month and always find great things, especially kid's clothes. As with any other thrift store, make sure you check your items before buying them because they will put out stained or damaged clothing. read more

The deals are good but the goods aren't deals. So much of what is in the store is broken. The manager can be on the irritable side and the check out takes forever. If you hunt though, you can find good steals here, more than probably any other thrift store in the area. read more

They differentiate price for long and short coats which I though was good. I found what looked like a short wool coat to me. I confirmed with the employee behind the counter and she told me it was a short coat. When I was ready to pay another cashier insisted that it was a long coat, even though I knew it wasn't. She called their manager Anthony and he was loudly arguing with me that it was a long coat. The whole thing turned somewhat into a scene and was embarrassing because I wouldn't agree with them and they wouldn't budge either.I Googled it when I came home and it is a short coat!!!
