It's important to know the good and the neg of any company claiming to help one with back taxes. I believe in Yelp people. I honestly don't like to go to a company's web site to only read about all the glory only. There's usually two sides to a story. Especially such a serious issue as owing taxes. We did not know that you can not do this .We trusted he knew what he was doing. This was a mistake. 8 months later Irs sent a letter stating taxs were not filed correctly. We contacted Melissa Darrow at this point, she stated that she would take care of this and supposedly sent a letter and that everything was taken care of .We had nothing to worry about .A year later we got another letter again she told us that we had nothing to worry about, it was taken care of. Last year we got another letter stating that they were putting a lien on our home. This mistake of Adams was an 800.00 mistake . Then we got another letter that said they had put a lien on our home. Yet again we contacted Melissa last year, stating that we now had a lien on our home. She said she was talking to them. It would be tied up by the end of the week this did not happen. What happened instead was they took both of our returns last year and for 2024 and 2025. Called and emailed Melissa over a dozen times. Every time we called her or emailed her, you got the same response I'm working on it .I just need another week one week turned into three months three months turned into 6 months 8 months later still no result. By this time I was very frustrated because we had this lien on a home for a mistake we did not make. We trusted her prior employee Adam and he was making mistakes on lots of people's taxes. At this point she had let him go and he was no longer working there in the meantime we were desperately trying to get her to fix this situation and we called the tax bureau several times and ended up being told that she had not contacted them, she was not talking to anybody. She told she was,and literally 9 months later we ended up paying it off with our both our taxes .But we ended up paying $1,000 instead of $800 and then had to wait for the partial refund back from IRS. Everything Melissa stated for the last year and for the last 8 years, was not true. She was telling us what we wanted to hear sadly none of this was true. We were stupid enough to believe her and trust her. If you want to get a lien on your home and you want to be lied to by Melissa and you want to have your taxes taken for a mistake by her business.By all means use Off site Business solutions. I I could give them minus a thousand stars I would. By far the worst tax bureau in the United States. Last year we found a different tax bureau close to where we lived ,and even the lady that did our taxes last year said she should have taken care of it. I said unfortunately she did not we believed her, everything she's told us was a lie, she did absolutely nothing for the last 8 years. We are basically out $800 that we should not have had to pay. Because when you pay someone to do your taxes ,You trust that they know what they're doing .You trust them . If we had known that this was going to happen and we've known that she and her business was this dishonest. We never would used them.

I split my time between Marietta and this house because I have to manage our rental properties down there and it takes up a lot of my time. First off, I had been trying to call multiple State Farm offices for a while - kept getting routed to the toll free number. Toll free customer service agents told me they can't offer quotes effective Jan 1, 2023. And to keep trying local agents. I started asking friends, family members & clients for recommendation (even solicited Nextdoor and FB recommendations) When I was finally able to reach a 'live' person at this location, I was thrilled. But my joy quickly turned to sadness as I was told that Ms. Reid was too busy to speak to me. I don't understand this at all. No offer to take a message and get back to me. Don't get me wrong - the gentlemen who answered the call told me there were other agents who could assist me. So I asked, "Are you one of the other agents?" And he said yes. I declined because - 1) I had 2 people recommend Ms. Reid, specifically, so I wanted to speak to her and potentially give her my business and 2) this gentleman used some weird phrasing at the start of the call and his communication during the call made me feel like his English / our communication might be a struggle. I think he said something like "What would Ms. Reid be advising you about?" before he checked to see if he had time to speak to me. I got the impression that I'm a little too 'down home' or 'country' for this office. Lol. Based on this - I decided to call another State Farm office. I was sincerely hoping this is not indicative of how State Farm treats it's customers. I reached out to Shannon Perren's office in Powder Springs and spoke to Crystal. She was able to provide a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes.

The insurance agency from the link above dropped the ball HARD on the transfer and LIED about how long it would take to do a simple transfer of insurance from one state to another. I reached out to my old agency in North Carolina for assistance. Natalie Reid was highly recommended by them, so they made the connection. Within LESS than an HOUR, ALL of my insurance needs were taken care of by Leanne Sturgeon. Brittany Astin stated that she was out of office but would immediately get me linked with another person at the office to get me taken care of. Leanne not only called me directly, but she explained everything to me, how long certain things would take and assured me that MY part in all of this was done. She emailed me a binder and we're all set. I was so pleased that I decided to transfer my renters policy to Natalie Reid (I had to contact the 800 number for this, as Leanne advised that they couldn't do it directly...otherwise it would look as though they were "taking" a customer from the agency mentioned in the link above).
