In addition to being a very well stocked grocery store with plenty of organic fresh produce, a good selection of bulk nuts, beans, flour and such, and many boxed, canned and frozen offerings for the vegetarian and vegan diet, if you head to the second floor you'll find all of the herbs, vitamins, supplements and answers to your questions if you have them about such things. Head back downstairs and order a wonderful smoothie, sandwich, or something nutritious and delicious from the hot bar - all vegan or vegetarian. I love the vegan blueberry lemon scones and the vegan Boston Cream Cake or cupcake. The smoothies are amazing! I enjoy the veggie juices, Brenda's Brew or Vulture. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Service is friendly, they do get busy so be patient - the food, drinks are worth the wait if there is one.
